There is no rule that says that, using common sense which is how rules are supposed to be applied, if there is a moneybag in the vault, and you know that, and you kill someone that just got outside the bank with a bag, then that's DM, because simply it is not enough valid reason to kill someone which makes it DM.

Nope, there were 3 to 4 moneybags in the safe and rules state through common sense that you are not allowed to kill someone for moneybag if there are moneybags in the safe, therefore you just did it to DM and found this as your only excuse which is a lie.

its okay its jsut global announcement because its a celebration when someone stops faking and finally becomes a man and actually says whats real and thats the first step to step out of the darkness and become a productive human being with purpose.

Also, can you and the admin team stop with the games? One time I didn't even fucking kill you, you was 1 hp, and I arrested you, you was lagging all over the place, then you just played the victim card and started screaming " OH SHOOTING UNARMED LOOOK ", and now you play the victim card again, punch me, and then cut the part where you punched me, and upload only the part where I shot you. I am 100 percent sure that not this time or the last time I rulebreak.

Apparently you have no idea about what hacks in gta sa mean but whatever many people nowadays install pre repacked gta's so that has nothing to  do  with " handling hax " and plus it wasn't you the driver, apparently you also treat others like dumbfucks who are so disoriented because of the stuff you say. However... I can confirm that you have something alike nospread.cs and thats why I want you to record a 5 minutes video, but oh you said you have footage so why odn't you just upload it? 3.5mbps is enough high btw I have like 1.2mbps and I already go fast as hell.

Details		This dude played SAMP for 2 weeks and he's already handling the infernus like crazy, hitting the sawn off shots with literally no spread whatsoever also you must keep in mind that hes using the worst DM skins combined with that, and also he hits all his shots with no misses which is a little bit confusing if you see his movement and how he doesn't really know how to maneouver in the game.
He said he has ALOT of footage of him and sousage, so I request him to upload it here since I guess in israel where he lives and in poland ( if poland means philippines of course ) they have high upload speed so it wouldn't bother him to upload it and post it especially regarding the fact that there isn't really any confedential information such as hack menus or whatever in the video so why would it bother him? He can just upload it. Ban/infraction reason and details	Got jailed for cop abuse and cop DM, kind of, because I attacked Smixy as a most wanted while he didn't really pose a big threat.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	This is the thing, most wanted suspects are usually the most ones that are " hostile " and the most ones that one should be careful with, what happened in Smixy's case is that I was there, just spawned at dillimore PD, I go outa nd I find a most wanted suspect roaming around, Smixy waas lagging so hard that I was just seeing him teleprot everywhere on the map, I really couldn't realize if he was in a position of attack or not, but that doesn't show on his video, because he was the one lagging and not me, and so I immediately started shooting at him, however as soon as I realized that the suspect was not really hostile, I arrested him and he didn't even get injured, and I'm here to also tell that that person wasn't recently out of jail, and the lag that Smixy had at that moment which he pointed out in the chat and I was very confused which is why I took that action shows that my words about his " lag " is not just an excuse.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Answer above.

I have to say -1, if money reset is gonna happen then I think that Mike should change something about the economy, price of cars, rewards from robbing and from reaching lvl 100, because it's already so easy to gain money here, which means there is a big competition on a bigger pool, which is who has more " millions ", and who is richer not who actually has money, and there are players that are way older than us which deserve to be having 10M+ money as they have grinded more which makes it unfair to money reset, however it doesn't affect me at all because I am a new player myself.

Well, 2 years ago, there was a server in SAMP, that didn't really have a big problem with hacking, but they still wanted to seriously get rid of all kinds of hackers. So one person suggested this, a game launcher that boots you in the server, and basically knows all the files in your GTA SA, however, only your GTA SA!, nothing else! And if someone has illegal mods, it either auto-kicks him or the admins get notified with an alert text of... for example : " [WxZ]Zack has nostun.cs in his folder " and it would show specifically where exactly and then people won't be able to lie anymore about hacking, and if someone is really hacking he doesn't need video proof, because video proof nowadays is no longer really video proof, it's so easy to hide your " hacks ", such as nostun.cs and alot more even in a video in 2020. If you seriously go against this, you are a fucking hacker, I am serious, I am not exxagerating, but there is nothing that makes this thing look like useless or " too much " since it's really an easy automated program to make like MANY games did, and one server in samp already started doing that and competition since then started to be more fair & fair.

Here you don't get what I'm saying. It is optional for a reason, so that anyone can switch back to the old menu, and also I know it is beautiful and it gives the gta V vibe but for so many players that are " tryhards " and that need to go quick and enjoy the run of being most wanted they really want their shit quick and they don't want to break their spacebar button just like I do to get alot of ammo for a gun like UZI/M4 which sprays alot, which is actually very helpful.

Have us have an option to either select to view the guns, swiping through them and buying ammo by spamming space or simply just have a menu where we get all the guns in front of us just like in the dealerships and just type the amount of ammo we want in the blanks.
To explain further and elaborate :

And then for every gun you can just select how much ammo you want to buy

Reasons :
It saves so much time, you don't have to go through the menu and then spam for ammo, you can just buy as much ammo as you want  and have the guns all in front of you, which makes everything way easier.

NOTICE : I suggest that this should be implemented as an " optional " feature, which means anyone should have the ability in /settings to switch back to the old guns menu.

Ammunation shooting training is bugged for any gun as many times you get a target lacking 1 to 4 spots and therefore you can't complete the whole challenge. Uploading screenshots below :
