I know a pause to avoid when  I see one, because I've done so in the past in other servers, that was definatly a pause to misdirect the player.

I think jailing you was the appropriate thing to do becuase in no circumstance are you allowed to quit while the city is changing, it's against the rules, and that's definatly a evade.
I think muting was uncall for tho, maybe 3 warnings then a mute but apart from that code followed the admin protocals properly.

if you want to stay out of trouble your best bet is to read the rules in game by doing the command /rules or ask questions to a admin or a knowledgable player in game

Option 1 and 3 are really good,like a 50/50 chance of hospital not always knowing you're wanted.

They were boosting each other, I guess a 1 day ban is good. Make it that you can't arrest the same player twice in the span of 2mins, have it on a 23hour cooldown or just a very short timer, so both players can't boost each other.

Yes he would break out of jail with 100% success rate, and not a single unsuccessful one, after serveral times arresting him, he always managed to break out of jail. and Kevin was not there or in proximity of issuing another ticket or whatnot, and I was the only one in reach of this player.

Hey Mike, I wasn't able to make a new topic on the player complaint section so i'm putting it here, I don't know why I have no access or no button to make a new post.

Details   The 3 people listed have been abusing the wanted and cop system by doing something that gives you max wanted, and then the cop arresting them, giving the cop maxium cop xp and bail with very little money.
Kevin_Iman who has helped the criminal serveral times by tasering me, images will prove it.
NaescuRS I managed to arrest him serveral times with max wanted level, and he was always able to successfully bail all the time without no unsuccessful ones. He also managed to get out one time without no wanted or anything, even when I ticketed him too, his yellow name changed to white automatically without no payment going through to my pocket, I suspect it's some type of program his using to assist him with avoiding stuff like jail time and ticket payments.

Spiderman he somehow teleported his taxi to me or to where his friends were at the time, I have evidence to prove it, but I don't think it's enough, But I've seen another complain about him so I'd say his report for spiderman is more solid than mine.

If you die, you shouldn't "automatically" be sent to prison, the system shouldn't be like that, logically speaking if you are dead, then you start a new life, you don't get sent to jail.

Maybe instead of being sent to jail, get sent to the morgue, or get sent to the Hospital, and paying $500 or something to bring you back alive again, as  death fee, and when you're alive you still have wanted, with below 50% of Health and abit dizzy, so you're still not evading cops, and it gives you a disadvantage because you tried evading cop with death/ or accidental death.

It gets balanced like that, that way we can use the Cure and heal system at the hospital, but it's disabled for criminals above a 4 Star level.

Just think this one through please.

Hey mike, today I was a lvl 4 wanted criminal, running around the city of Los venturas, and for 10minutes I was being chased by the office Megatron, now nthing personal with the player he did a good job at chasing, but when I died, I still got arrested, and I was still at a fair distance for him to automatically arrested me. I think the arrest radius should decrease. 10minutes of chasing, only to be captured from death, just because his a cop and was at least 800m away from me.

This shouldn be decreased if you're near the player that died at least 200metres, just like how you need to be close to handcuff someone.

The server is great, finding so many bugs is a bummer but it's finally here i cannot flippin wait! it's 22 here for me as I post this, so I'm excited for the launch and be one of the first to join the server and welcome new comers.

Hey Mike, yesterday I was finally able to join your good server, I had a good feel of what's to come on the opening server, and I quite like it, and it can be the source that will bring me back to this game
but one thing I wished was polished abit more, are the tutorial at the start.

I know there is a way to skip it, but then you get just a bunch of text when you do, and you can't do anything until that is completed.(I tried getting into a taxi and said I can't skip tutorial until the texts were over, I don't know if you can skip that too xD).

I was thinking, maybe before anything starts you begin at a virtual world where it's just the player and the Npcs, and you play  through a tutorial of things you will encounter on the server for example;
You're at a petrol station as a mechanic, easy and simple job to understand. make a npc come to a petrol station, and you're there to fix his vehicle or whatever it may be, and do your job as a mechanic, earning money that can be transfered into the real world giving you a start on things maybe, doesn't have to be big money.
or another good option can also be where you introduce the player to finding hidden packages,or
finding vehicles to scrap them for money.

Doesn't have to show every tutorial, But I think something like this would be nice, might be abit hard to script, but a chunk of information being shoved down your throat, is kinda overwhelming.

So I was thinking maybe ease them into the server, keep them focused on one thing, then move onto better things on the server, keeping the players occupied with anything and everything. All with patience playing the game, and learning what's new on the server.
I feel this will also help players remember commands on the server, instead of constatly questions about commands, and where to go and whatnot.

P.s I barely edited this, I just had a idea in my head and just blabbered it here, so this idea can be confusing, so I apologise

Hey my name is YellowFlash im 23 years old, I've played samp for at least 6 years.
I sightly understand scripting, but I don't know to script.
my friend introduced me to this server, and honestly I had low hopes, until I saw the trailer and got hyped about it, and got me into the mood of playing this server and this game.

My friend is GtaFreak, and I'd also like to become a beta tester with him, I don't want to wait until release date, any chance I can become one?
