Rejected Suggestions / Make warning when depositing big amount of money

summary : when you're depositing big amount of money (say 2mil or above) give a informative dialog box explain the tax system because some players aren't aware of such things and it's impossible to withdraw the money (more than 100k/financial hour) after depositing with cash balance more than 5mil.

| Details | Good day staffs and players, so today i was going for a bounty on a player named "foxie69" i managed to knock him down but unknown.exe was behind me also trying to claim that bounty. when i was attacking foxie he started to attack me there was also [oG]soil chasing me which i tried checking by /loc $cop but a old command that i tried using was left uncheck so it became invalid command, when i killed foxie unknownexe killed me and soil was right behind him (in the video which i started recording after getting knocked down: sorry about the video time, i didnt recording before because my pc wont get over 100fps if i record.)[oG]soil left unknown.exe and ran away which i think it is teaming | |

Being able to spawn at our house is good but if its far away from active city its difficult to reach, my suggestion is to be able to spawn at active city house (needs to be included as a option in spawn settings)
