oh i got it i have 60 Hz But i   m still looking for increase fps to at least 60 outdoor cuz i don't get even not 60 outdoor

My pc specs :
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz E4600 Optiplex 745
GPU : None.
RAM : 3 GB
Crashes Doesn't work for me.People tell me that you don't have GPU and a good processor so it can't give good FPS But if it can Run on HIGH FPS on my pc So Please Help me.  :\ ;( It Gives me 30 fps Normally outdoor and 15 fps while fighting (many people and cars Not too much)
