Details		i killed the guy he came back for his revenge and lost the fight again    while he was downed on the ground he left to avoid death

how about working times?

I've said it before, I'm never going to force people to play as a cop or criminal. People will leave.

Acctually when most of the players are cops and few others white / yellow one

this situation indirectly forces any player to become cop not to constantly die and spend his game play in jail

or leave the server for a time

Server really gets so silly and boring when most of player are cops!!

most player blue or white / yellow


So please for balancing the game how about:

limiting  cop number to a certain percentage  for example 25% to 40 45% of all player

or atleast put work hours for law enforcement : i mean common!!!  why cops are 24 on duty in 7 days of week in  city!!!


one of these way might can help balancing the game

Well when u join MCNR for first time server says : 
We want to give you a classic experience of old school GTA SA



So as same as GTA game system,  how about loosing your whole wallet money after death? 

or atleast a certain amount or percentage of your wallet money?


Well in GTA game when people die they drop some money

ok if u guys thinks its fair no problem


 for a criminal after death  spend 4 min  pay 1000$
 then 2 min picking up guns and paying 4000$ ticket
then driving   to ammunation paying 2000- 3000 $ for guns ammo

in total 6000$ to 8000$ money and 8 - 10 min travel and jail time while cops get spawned in PD? easily?

enjoy most time of your game play as criminal in jail

i am saying a seperate military hospital which makes the cops to travel to pd for buying weapon and armor.


how can criminal after death spawns in jail?

but cops spawn in pd? back from the dead?

i mean cops don't be able to spawn again and again in pd . it annoying and not fair        It'not realistic

Forexample we can have a military hospital in each city in which cops spawn there

u killed me first as a cop

then i killed u for my revenge right (No  cop hunt)

We are even till this point and rules say  U can not revenge ur own avenged kill !!

Dude in the way u think when 1 person kills another an unending Death Match begins between them !!

This is not Death match server dude.  We can see from ur 100k score that it's not your first time rdming  for your personal madness revenges

And 40 min later u going off duty to kill me orange for no reason?


and i have fighted with players like sousage, elgrando_smokio, clark, Alex, ....  or whomever kinda of old  they finished me in less than 3 4 5 seconds.

you are the reported so u are supposed to provide some solid proof .


But you know better why u decide not to provide video and your crimes

My evidence is kill list which is on server available for admins, which shows u were rdming
killed me as cop,   killed u  ,   40 min after going off duty and shooting me while i was orange for what??!!!  Revenging  your own avenged kill? RDM?


If u dont have evidence u better not to open topic next time


A screen shot showing u ramdonly  shot my truck and me while i was passing in da road?   and quited long after  that  , 8 Secs

if i were in fight with u it wouldn't last 8 secs till i leave i guess?[/color]

then spawn them somewhere else for example  at army camp, Swat base , or ....    where ever else

This serial spawn and respawning  is really annoying and abusing


It unbalaces the game and doesn't let criminals to take out each other from jail   + Cop hunt rule in PD stands as well and  not fair

I simply mean if sb Robs u  or car jacks ur own car, let us kill the Theft without crimes commited and any wanted stars gained

Well in USA if sb robs u   or your  other assets u can  defend yourself.


Defending your assents must be your right!

But wanted stars for this case make it harder and the Defender  guys would become Most wanted
