Denied Complaints / Cops Camping Outside The Bank Before Robbing

As Per MCNR rules Cops or police camping outside bank is not legal and it says that the person (who is camping) will be punished.
I appeal to all my Moderators and Admins to punish the ones who are breaking the rules the usernames are

Both were cops and were on a bike outside the bank.
We asked them why they were as per say camping, said in response [E1]Train4Real said "That I was Waiting for my friend (FugiTive) which is afk.
Miraculously He's *AFK* friend (FugiTive) was driving all over the place and after when i robbed the bank and got out, Miraculously he ([E1]Train4Real) and hes AFK friend (FugiTive) started shooting at me and my friend AhmadMirza.
We both died due to this.
