I want to reset my password.  My in-game name is vkloopnoir.  I haven't entered the game for 8 months and I reset my computer in the process, I'm not sure if the IP may have changed.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Hello, I banned using Aimbot. First, this is true. I use aimbot for a hour. I download first aimbot in mu life and i want test. I banned 1 week. Later, I delete aimbot and i regret. I'm so sad. I want play game. I select new nick and try entry game (I deleted aimbot.I'm regret.) Game says me "You are banned 1 year for play try. I am very sorry. Just I want game and have fun. I'm so regret for using cheats. Please ban me for 1 week not 1 year. Please i an so regret..
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I use Aimbot and I try olay again. I banned 1 year.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No.
Any more information to provide?	Sorry for mu bad english. I'm so regret. Tis is nu first ban. I play Mike's CnR almost 1 year.
