Instead of buying seeds, water, and fertilizer separately, it would be nice if there is an option to buy everything that you need at once so you don't lose time to animations.

Similar, more detailed suggestion

Sounds interesting, I would consider following features for owning a business:
-gives you passive income (like bank interest system)
-gives you active income depending on how much people buy stuff from your shop (market - lottery tickets, coffee, etc. club - drinks, and so on)
-takes away your money for each cashier and safe robbery (like item replacement inside the house) either in 1:2 ratio or whatever
Of course there should be ability to sell, transfer the business to somebody else, perhaps an upgrade system (like house one) where cashier and safe robbery takes 1.1% longer or something

Wanted to suggest the exact thing until I searched and found this topic.

Some of my ideas:
- Everything that you can enter/buy/receive something should be available to be bought out by players (ammunation, car dealerships, pay'n'spray, cluckin bell, pizza, betting shops and etc..)

- Players can own 3 - 5 different businesses (different explained: you cannot own 2 ammunations (f.e. one in market and one near LV bank)), that means every ammunation in the whole map will have different owners (monopol not allowed)

- Businesses like car dealership, ammunation should be more expensive to buy, but their payout should be much higher than for example if you own cluckin bell, because it is more useful to the players

- Every game weeks player will receive their weekly payout from owning a business, payout will decrease the more players rob it (Crew wars could be initiated by that which will attract players to play more maybe?)
             - If your business is inside the active city, then you will receive your payout (so if you own cluckin bell in Los Santos and ammunation in Angel
               Pine, if the active city is San Fierro, you will only receive payout for ammunation)

- If a player who owns a business or businesses doesn't join the server for a week, he loses them all (the same system as for houses, but the timeline should be much shorter)

- If this system ever gets accepted, it should be implemented once the economy gets fixed
I don't know if players will be interested in this (especially Mike), but I think this could be a really big thing if it's done right. Feel free to share your ideas (I'll update the topic if it gets a big interest).

I'm suggesting that 2-5 stars criminals don't go to jail if they get killed by cops. Instead, they will just pay higher medical fees and that's it. The only way that you go to jail should be by arrest. Cops would get the same amount of score and cash as usual, only criminals won't go directly to jail.

If Mike even plans to implement the Army in the near future, this feature could be given to Army so only them can send 2-5 stars suspects to jail by killing
them.

When reporting cops for killing non-threat, have /timestamp on and post the time when he killed you and proof of your /crimes. After 24 hours and several staff members responding to the same report, not enough evidence was posted.

I think having a black market would be a great thing to have. Black markets would allow you to sell guns which you can get by robbing houses, buying/selling drugs, buying weapons at a discount, and buying C4 for city bank robberies (check the suggestion here).

Black markets should be somewhere where players don't usually go so we can boost the popularity for those places.

Great spots would be:
LS -> East Los Santos or Jefferson Motel
SF -> Garcia
LV -> somewhere in the desert

If a cop sees you buying some things at the black market, you will receive 1-2 stars for illegal trades.

It would be nice if we would have the ability to do the same bank robberies in Palomino Creek, Fort Carson, and maybe add one bank to Angle Pine. In those places, the robberies would look the exact same way as it is now.

The banks in the city could be more complicated, add more NPC that can shoot you (maybe with shotghun) so you can't do by yourself. Doors can be opened only by planting C4.

C4 can only be bought in black market (check the suggestion here) or even weapon dealers (f.e. weapon dealers can sell C4 only if they're rank 5 or higher).
