Fixed Bugs / Our screen shakes if we press RMB even while running with a sniper rifle.

- What happened?: My screen was shaking when I pressed RMB while holding a sniper rifle/country rifle and running.
    - Where were you?: N/A. It occurs everywhere.
    - What were you doing?: Running with a sniper rifle then I pressed RMB and saw it.
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: No.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: Yes. Yes.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.: Provided in the video

Date & Time of incident (UTC)		Few mins ago, around 5 mins.
Details		He did lag-pit to ram me. But, cops are authorized to use Tazer instead of killing players by ramming. I did not weapon threat. And he killed me as a non-threat.

Details		After seeing a new player, he did try to +1 kill count by robbing me. He robbed me then started shooting at me.
