Once phase 1 is completed, then phase 2 should start, and that’s the only tough part @Mike and @Karbz should investigate WT members who own the majority of the reset houses, if they were tipped off, they need to have ownership revoked and whoever leaked to them in private about the houses getting reset/accounts getting deleted soon should take responsibility however that may be.
In phase 2, if no one was tipped off or if unable to conclude such thing happened, then all properties which can’t be refunded should have their cash value refunded (probably times 2 or 3).
Returning them to players who have completed an achievement with an unintended way that gained them even more cash so they could sell houses/other items for even more profit in the future? You either must be being paid for to say this or are trolling, there's no way "return them to their original owners"
The people who had completed that achievement with that specific way clearly had something to do in mind with the dirty money they'd receive in the future. Why are we all acting as if this isn't a big deal? lmfao it legit is crazy to me

Lying about what exactly? Everyone else agrees that what you did is considered faulty and should not even be debatable in the first place. When I confronted about you, you seemed very scared about it because you know it was kept as a little secret to you and some other people. If anything you were the one who lied about "I reported the bug"
I don't really care about what punishment I've chosen to go along with, trust me I don't. Legit money, grinded or not, you still decided to go with illegitimate ways. Once again it's insane how much you try and justify a bug by saying "oh it was little!" when in reality it was alot of cash to start with the great reset, which will easily gain you quadruple the amount of it in the future by reselling it to others. That is why I went with to reset your accounts and I couldn't care less about what you think.

This is not an anti-stun.
If your first bullet with a Sawn-off hit a player, you can stun them, but because of the fast fire rate it provides, the second bullet (or the third/fourth, or literally any other weapon if successfully hit) will just cancel the stun animation. It's just how the game is.

I still stand by this suggestion tho and think there should be a 30 seconds to a minute cooldown

Imo the ability to add car armor should be removed from all stations and be moved to mechanics, that way it could probably revive that job.
