From the video,we see killmonger coming near/towards you although he did not have the intention to chase you.
We understand that you were unaware of killmonger's intention at that time and you have also stopped attacking killmonger after he went in another direction.

It is important to understand that not every situation is a cophunt.That's why video evidence is very important.

Ban/infraction reason and details	somone used my account and got banned when i started the samp there was a message that you are bannedon a server so i changed my name and made new account i didnt knew it was like ban evasion
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	yes i didnt evade the ban someone did it using my name
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	someone or my friend used my account and got banned using hacks maybe
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	tryhardyy he knows me very well
Any more information to provide?	no, i saw rules i follow every rules of mcnr

You are not supposed to share your account with other players in the first place.You are the one to be blamed even if your cat used your pc to evade the ban.

You should have known by now that harassing other players and racism is NOT allowed. It does not matter if someone was offended or not,the authority will punish anyone who won't follow basic server rules.

I don't mind if you use /pm to joke with a friend.However,your friend has the right to report you if your joke include harassement/racism etc.

I have already discussed this with Karbz,so this decision is final.

What Mido said is correct.

Everyone have different opinions, you cannot force people to agree with everything you do or say. You can always ignore/block people if you feel offended/hurt by their opinions. If you don't want players to "bark" at you, you should refrain from provoking them in the first place.

There was another cop in their car, so,you were actually "messing" with both cops at that time even if your intention was to " mess" with your friend only.

If you see your cop friend along with a bunch of cops in a vehicle, you should not disrupt their gameplay with a reason "i just want to have fun with my friend and the other cops present in that car must wait until i finish having fun".

You were muted on forums for 'disrespecting' a staff member after you edited your first reply on the staff complaint against Moody and added a disrespectful word towards another staff member.
