Denied Appeals / Banned for an unknown reason

I have been playing in the server for a while. This is normal without any problem today. I was mostwanted in town until the flyburger officer came to me. I killed him with an M4 weapon. Suddenly I encountered a ban. I did not understand why I was in the city normal with my friend. We enjoy. I did not even break a law.
