Rejected Suggestions / Removal of Skater Animation

I realized that when i play as a cop,the skater skin is giving advantage against criminals because of its animation.It makes it harder for cops to kill criminals due to the special walking animation the skin has,and an unfair advantage against criminals.In my opinion,this skin should be removed,or its animation should be like other skins.

I would like to suggest that players should be able to rent hotel rooms.It would be a good feature for people without home,or for the people who has just started yet.

Well,i thought about jumping from an AT-400 to the train.Then i started flying near the train.Then i jumped from AT-400 to the train's roof.Unfortunately,i fell off to the inside of the train and my health started decreasing.(This is a bug,it happened to me before too.)Then,anticheat banned me for cheatcode 9.

Rejected Suggestions / Being able to place bombs to the vehicles.

As you may know,in singleplayer you can place bombs in vehicles at places such as the 8ball in front of the unity station.In my opinion,we should be able to use this feature too.

Rejected Suggestions / FBI skin should have a ability too.

Hello.I realized that the SWAT skin has a ability:
- Cops with the SWAT skin to longer have the chance of an instant headshot at any range (a helmet is used by this skin). It gives this skin an actual advantage over the normal cops.
And i think FBI skin should have a ability too.

Approved Suggestions / Cops shouldn’t be able to buy the weapons without reaching the enough cop rank.

I’d like to suggest that,recently I’ve been hearing about cops randomly killing people for no reason,especially the rank 1-2 cops.As what I can see,they use heavy weapons so that they can give lethal damage to the innocent people.So,I think that you shouldn’t be able to buy every weapon from cop shop unless you reach the rank to unlock them.Let me give an example:
Josh is a Level 1 cop.He wants to buy a AK-47.But he can’t.He needs to be at least rank 4 to buy one.
I think that it wouldn’t really prevent cops from killing innocent people,but still it will help to solve this issue.Because,most of the random-kills are made by low ranked cops with heavy guns.

I’d like to suggest that players should be able to bribe cops from PayPhones.
HOW TO USE IT?
You can use this feature by getting close to a payphone,pressing the key Y and selecting the option “Bribe Cops”.You can’t use it while there are cops near you.And you do have a risk of getting denied which will raise your wanted level.
PRICES
Prices are as same as the normal bribery price.
PROS
-Makes bribing system better.
-People can bribe cops without worrying about getting captured,or getting tricked by cops.
CONS
-Decreases the percentage of the bribes paid to the persons.
-It may affect the CNR atmosphere
I’d like to leave this to the Mr Mike’s choice.

Approved Appeals / My Compromised/Stolen Discord Account’s Ban.

My account got stolen/compromised because of some data leak.(I hope it’s a data leak though.)I got it back a few days ago,from an Arab.I’m still trying to figure out how it got hacked.Anyways,after getting it back and having some talk with Funtastic_Power,I realized that it got banned.I’m glad that it got banned for safety.Now,I got my account back and if it’s allowed,I’d like to request my ban to get lifted off.Of course,if it’s allowed though.I’m leaving it to the HRs discretion.

I’d like to suggest that we should be able to buy air vehicles such as helicopters,planes.
WHERE WILL THEY SPAWN?
-Air Vehicles that you bought can be spawned:
In helipads
In airports
PRICES
Prices may be around 900.000-3.000.000
STORING THE AIR VEHICLES
Just like the vehicle garages,players should be able to buy hangars in Airports.
WHERE WILL THE HANGARS BE LOCATED?
Well,they can be located at Airports.For the specific location of them,I have 2 ideas.
1-They may be located in hangars that players cannot enter.(I guess there are some in LS Airport.)
2-The building located in the left down corner of the airport of the Las Venturas Airport.
WHY WOULD PLAYERS BUY AIR VEHICLES WHEN THEY CAN EASILY STEAL THEM?

I suggest that players should be able to store weapons in the vehicle trunks.In my opinion,it would improve the atmosphere and gameplay.
Usage:
Usage of this command can be by holding the key “Y” when you’re behind the trunk of the vehicle
The weapons should get destroyed when vehicle is exploded,or in a condition where player can’t enter.(For example,if the vehicle have fallen to the water and player can’t get in,then the weapons should be destroyed.)
I’m leaving it at Mr Mike’s discretion.

Details Well,i was roaming around in LS,then i saw Shredder killing bummer 3 times in a row.I thought that it was just lag.Then Shredder killed Bummer with his M4 multiple times.Then he killed him with fist multiple times and i understood that wasn't really a normal thing.Then i saw him killing Bummer again.Rockstarboi warned him not to do that,still he kept doing.Then forioniss started doing it too.I told Bummer to stop,and he stopped.Then i learned that Bummer was AFK when Shredder was killing him.Then he said "Farming XP is so fun".I can't let someone kill a guy who is AFK and farm kills from him.

Details First of all,he was most wanted and i was a cop.I saw him and started chasing him.Then,he got out of his vehicle and started running away.Then,I equipped my Combat Shotgun and started shooting at him.I took his armor down,and most of his health.Then he left the server.I took picture of him leaving the server and his car that he got out of.Then,he joined again.He was still most wanted.Then i started chasing him with a officer.He stopped at the hospital,and planted a satchel on the road.Then we started making circles around the satchel,shooting Francisco_Franco at the same time.Then he had small amount of health.After that,he left the server.Then i took the picture of him leaving the server again.
Oh and also he did this one more time,leaving the game when im near to him,but i couldn't take any pictures of it because i was so pissed off.

Well,i think there should be manual transmission for vehicles(Of course,keeping the automatic transmission as default.).Like,players should be able to change the transmission from /settings.As long as it doesn't cause any problems,it'll be a good feature for server in my opinion.

Details Well,I was a cop heading to Area 69,then I saw THE_TERROR_VENOM in the backyard of Lil Probe Inn and he was yellow.Then I started approaching to him.I issued him a ticket,and he paid it.But the weird thing is that it said “Ticket issued,-588000”.Then he said “I told you to not approach”.My cash in my pocket became red and went to negative level.I thought it was a bug so I made a post at the Bug Reports section.Then i realized that some other guy was complaining about THE_TERROR_VENOM for stealing his 40k.Well it’s impossible to pickpocket 40000 dollars from someone.Because the max amount is 10000 dollars.
This situation occurred at 7/6/2019, between 11 AM-1PM(UTC+3)

Well,i issued a ticket to The_Terror_Venom_90.When ticket got issued,It said "Ticket issued,-578000".My money at my hand got negative but bank money was good.Then i relogged and when i logged in i had to pay house insurance.Then my bank money lowered from 1475000 to 875000.
