Rejected Suggestions / Donation Tier Suggestion/Feature

As you know when you donate you get things that are limited and very little, in other words not much features for a VIP donator.
I suggest that the more you donate, the more features/things you get everytime you donate onto your account example, silver, bronze, gold, ultimate.

Why not add things based on the tier system if you choose to implement it.
Things like
- Unlimited jetpack or 30 minutes jetpack.
- Unlimited vehicle NOS by pressing a button.
- Constant vehicle changing colours.
- Account to rustler through vehicle interaction menu
- Extended amount of flares, etc

Why? Not everyone can donate but having a system like this would encourage more donations to server plus you get to help out with the expenses as a gratitude.

Details : I reported this player for RDM and the report was handled as invalid.
I don't know whats the problem with staff on this occasion, but i was driving a sultan with two friends, this player decided to shoot my sultan with his buddies and i honestly dont know why he rdm me. i asked my passenger and he confirmed that it was rdm. i reported as usual and mentioned the reported player why he did it but blankly ignored my question.

I am not satisfied with how Mafia Hunter handled the report on Ryuk and KL1NK, because when I first reported ryuk in game I was told that the report has been handled to ryuk with jail and infraction? This sort of punishment is not enough considering the report in game was more than enough to serve a ban and that ryuk is not a new player, really unfair on that part.

In addition the punishment is not acceptable, accurate or not enough to serve my justice needs as you know this was rdm and without a proper reason? It's not a DM sever.

Upon reporting on forums on KL1NK part of the report, I was told that he will be dealt with? No punishment in question/specifics? I have been informed that KL1NK is an undercover admin and shockingly this has surprised me as moderator should know more than above on the rules. It's just bizarre that a undercover admin can slip by? Totally unfair on my report treatment and I believe that this not acceptable hence the staff report.

I don't care if this undercover admin in question decides to rdm me and get away with this ? Surely that's against the rules plus it's not funny to do this and act as if nothing happened? You play by the rules like everyone else and in this case your main account should get the same punishment as your undercover since you own both accounts.

I believe that Mafia Hunter has not handled my reports to the rules standards on perun part of the complaints because according to him on discord he said that perun attached a police helicopter? And that he shot only one bullet? According to perun this is not true and a guilty of confession has been already made plus I believe mafia is not telling the truth on all accounts in this occasion.

I also believe that Mafia Hunter has edit the logs because according to perun he shot 9-10 bullets but on my action logs it shows 1 bullet? Cover up? I am utterly disappointed

Details: Hi, what happened was that my report was rejected on this individual. My logs clearly show a sign of RDM, given the fact that this player was not online between the two guilty player shows a sign and contribution to death match.
The admin said after investigating that it was mistake however this is not true because i was a witness at the time and my dodo was on roof highway, and he was camping in the roof facing down the cops by the road. I clearly can't see this as a mistake and i believe he has a tag? no special treatment because this would be unfair investigation and would like someone else to investigate. Perhaps @Karbz as other admins will let this slide.
logs shows 1 bullet but according to discord he shot More than 1 so it can't be a mistake sorry i can't let this slide.

@Mafiahunter how was it a mistake? He admitted to shoot more than 1 bullet so in this case the server did not record the other bullets fired on my dodo? This is not acceptable and you know that it's not a mistake because logs and what you say on chat never lies and it's a fact.

Details:

Hi, what happened was that me and a buddy was getting chased by these two cops Ryuk and KL1NK. Upon entering Area 69. They attacked us, which is fine, I put C4 Explosion traps but as you know according to the logs it did not damage them at all and if it did it would have shown up plus while detonating, I was at a far detonation range, so I am sure that it did not hit them. So, I managed to escape, and my buddy died. After this incident Me and Snax was flying a Dodo and upon landing outside PD. These Two shot at me for no valid revenge reason because the c4 did not damage them plus if you compare the time between the incident and kill. Its past more than 30 minutes so revenge is not valid in this situation. Wrongly RDM, evidence is perfectly in the logs.
I understand Ryuk has been punished but i am Writing for punishment on KL1NK.
Also, Perun Shot me with a sniper rifle? he was not even online at the time clearly shown in the log, so this is total RDM.

Under Consideration / Make AREA 69 / 59 a traditional event (OFFICIAL)

Welcome,
As you know area 69 / 51 is a hotspot where criminals can make the own group chat and invite friends/ volunteers as criminals to participate a journey into area compound/ complex.

The whole point of this is that criminals can gather all together at the site, become wanted and wait for the cops to come into the compound. Purpose is to defend each other at the site and fight the cops as they come in swarming the place.

Suggestion is to make this a traditional event here at Mike's CNR. Why?
It's really good vibe to the game play
Working as a team
Lots of drama .

Rejected Suggestions / Change Gameplay Values (4 Units) (Armour and Access)

Increase civilian vehicles armour from 1000 - 1500 (Standard) (All Vehicles)
Why? Cops are already OP. They have free vehicles with 1500  (unlimited access and respawn on demand no charge) so why don't criminals have the same. Consider the balance with cops to criminal.

Give access Rustler to criminals.
Why? Cops have Rustler, sea sparrow so why don't you give access to rustler. Perhaps limited to only 2 vehicles at a time in order to avoid OP situations. In addition this will encourage better defense and combat mechanism.

Increase Vehicle Tyre upgrade from 30 to 50.
Why? Cops have huge advantage shooting a vehicle tyre in which a criminal will not have a opportunity to escape, example a sultan shoots you at once. That's really unfair and cops can easily team as a group. Considering 30 is just not enough and most criminals play solo when escaping. This defeats the whole purpose of CNR.

Increase Vehicle armour upgrade from 2000 - 2500.
Why? The new update with 50 percent more damage is pathetically wrong and unfair. Criminals vehicles can easily be shot in seconds. The whole point is to run and escape in a cops and robbers server. Also considering a sea sparrow taking down a vehicle armour in seconds is just wrong..

Rejected Suggestions / CIVILIAN UPGRADE

As you know cops already have huge advantage over criminals so I am suggesting these basic updates as it will allow better surviving rate and cutting the time to ammunition and back.
Example you are solo/group and dealing with huge waves of cops. Having this implemented will allow sufficient survivability and reduce going to jail which makes the server boring/ waste of buying ammo/transportation cost in and out.

- Increase medkit inventory from 3 to 6
- Introduce portable armour on demand ( limited 1 - 2 )
- Increase medkit revive to 100 hundred percent ( per 1 usage)
- Increase flares from 5 to 8

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? I have explained in my report against me that it  was a mistake and have been openly honest about it. I understand it was a duel but at the same time this was not the real game play world as in a duel is not the same thing as actually playing if that makes sense. I am aware of what I did and the evidence shows that but I am kindly asking for at least jail sentence instead of infraction 1 point as this is not standard procedure on a mistake I admit and duty care was to take my point into consideration before issuing such infractions like this.

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? I was invited a duel. I did want not accept but I chose to anyways. I was not really duelling and skipped chainsaw animation as its not the real world gameplay and did not effect any third party outside game play.

Details: Earlier today as a cop. Dani RDM me no reason what so ever at the police station, also after this incident, I took my rustler aircraft to repair station and Dani shot me at the bridge for no reason once again.
So after the city change from SF to LV. I was hunting down criminals as usual. Then I catch up to Dani and cuff him in person, which is allowed, then all a sudden while I give him a lecture using the /shout command. This admin randomly decides to APM me and says what am I doing? . My intention was to take Dani to my vehicle and escort to police station, but this admin in question decided to issue me a PSO offence and 5 minutes jail. Totally disrespectful and abuse use of admin powers.
M3E6 had no right what so ever to prevent me taking my cuff suspect to the police station and by using admin unlawful powers this is not justifiable and not appropriate. There is also no way that I am abusing my power. My job is to take criminals to the station while cuffed. What ever I say to them on /shout command is not your problem and does not give you the right to think am abusing my cop position when the rules don't say anything about this^ and as far am aware if Dani was in my vehicle, I can say what ever I want using /shout command.
Also the rules does not say anything about giving a lecture to your suspect and earlier I tried PM Dani he did not respond to my question so I had every right to question him in person.
For your concern. I had no choice but too arrest him when cuffed because you decided to /APM me and act all tough with your admin commands?

I never insulted an admin, I only said some things because another player in main chat mentioned admin abuse and that he was treated unfairly. Spoke up and said that staff member have no IQ.
Really what's your problem on that statement, I said a fact and been observing the management on how they handle complaints, I had every right to say what i said , freedom of speech and nothing can stop me from giving my opinion. If you don't like what i said grow up and stop abusing admin powers such as mute then jail.

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? Another player mentioned admin abuse, I gave my point of view, nothing wrong with that, admin decides to mute me then give 2 infraction point in which led to me being banned .

I made way to sfpd as usual, these players have decided to spawn kill outside pd which is clearly against the rules
and spawn killing/ cophunting me while i did not shoot a single bullet. there was no valid reason what so ever to shoot as i was not a threat. Video clearly states that and your welcome to check my actions prior arriving at sfpd .

Notice to admin: Due to the nature of the report i am specifically asking Mike to oversee this report and make the final verdict as there is a unfair double standards treatment to the community including myself. Thanks.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? The server was lagging badly and at the time I was facing some glitches/bugs as usual from a server lag, admin wrongfully issued this infraction as the server was bugged. Also, I did not enter my vehicle while sniping the suspect, so it's not possible that I did an F abuse.

What was the situation which led to this wrongful ban/infraction? I was sniping the suspect, my gameplay was lag on my screen, admin thought I did F abuse, when in fact I did not because I was then shortly synced by an admin and forced a relog, this clearly shows a server fault and non-fault to the player myself.

Any more information to provide? Yes, shortly after this admin decided to mute me and jail me in which is pathetic admin treatment, I personally want Mike, to oversee this situation as admin abuse is not a nice thing, and I was clearly bugged, the is no evidence whatsoever I did an f abuse, as I was on foot when I was sniping and clearly the management needs investigating for these false allegations.

What am I expecting from this report? A full apology for this disgraceful treatment, a form of compensation, and reassurance that this will not happen to me and other players.

DETAILS: I was chasing a suspect with my aircraft, the suspect vehicle health was low at this point, so i landed  my aircraft and got on foot and shot him from
a few distance away, as i was shooting his health was low before at the time and was a (orange) suspect. As i decided to shoot him from the windshield because his car was already on fire and therefore this was a legitimate course of action.

Problem: I then was sent to jail and issued a PSO offence, for the reason "Shooting an unarmed suspect". Problem is you cant determine whether he or she was armed at the time because the car was on fire and if he exited, he would have been dead anyways. This is clearly a form of admin abuse as you cant just use admins powers without proper insight into the situation and then making false management actions.

The rules clearly indicate i havent broke any at the time and therefore this sort of behaviour is not acceptable.

I understand after responding the situation, you unjailed me and clearly unjailing me would indicate you done a mistake "[10:56:20] Message from admins: {FFFFFF}just because you've done it before and gotten away with it doesn't mean it isn't against rules lmao" but according to your response, this is what a guilty person would say and i dont find it funny because this behaviour should not be tolerated by any other player.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued: Wrongly issued because it does not give you the right to ban me for that particular reason or whenever you feel like it as you have the privilege and that if you feel like i have been disrespecting other players feel free to open a report against me like everyone else and not use your privileged power for inappropriate reasons or beliefs.

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction:

what happen was a player decided to randomly blow up my vehicle for no reason what so ever, in which this resulted in a bounty being placed on me. I reported that situation at the time and nothing was dealt with appropriately as far am aware and feel like that situation was not dealt with up to standard therefore decided to leave it as no proof was recorded at the time.

Then after raging in the chat as in a "banter" way, another player decided to randomly shoot me in which i said "cunt" twice in the chat in which resulted me being muted for 5 minutes, which is fine, however i decided to use the /ask me cmd in which allows me to speak to the admin and ask "why did you mute me" in which the response was " i was being annoying and salty or whatever". This sort of response was not appropriate so then i used the /me command to ask and then i got kicked, i joined and then i got "BANNED".

The point is that you had no right to ban me for that reason, if you dont like the way i speak to others or yourself then feel to ignore me and move on "since its a 18+ game" but using the /ban cmd was not fit for purpose as i believe and i strongly agree that you did this because you have a grudge against me in which is not totally acceptable and very childish behavior from the management team.

Also since am a new player surely i would be expecting some sort of respect from the management, but ever since i joined, i feel as if i did something wrong in which your using that against me and calling me names such as "salty", etc.
