the title says it all. it's annoying to put armor, bp, and nitrous each time we get in a cop car. so we should have the ability to buy, modify, and save them. we'll be able to call it only if we are a cop.

General Off-Topic / Just want the reason why I'm banned from Discord even I was provoked by others..

So... This server is a ruined server because of me. In this server, I get no respect no friends because I did cheats, ban evade, etc.

In my second time, when I was unbanned and before the times I left the server, I changed behave towards every one... And for those days, I have a question...




That is: I helped a manager from cops by giving him my personal vehicle to let him run away from those cops... My vehicle was almost destroyed along with all tires punctured... After few minutes, I asked that manager if I can get a "thanks" from him... But you know what I got? I got an ignore...


Who was wrong in this situation? Me? Who helped the manager by giving him his own vehicle? Or he? Who destroyed other's PV?






Well, after this comeback, I tried myself not to get toxic as I'm now. But as soon as I arrived on this server again, I got another ignorance from another staff... What did I do? I just asked him a simple question that was "Where are you from?"... No answer from him...






Yesterday too, I asked someone who was a Community Manager, the same question, "Where are you from?" Now what I did to HIM that I got another ignorance from him?


I just wanted to become normal by talking with the people who are known me for years.



And whenever I talk to Flyburger, Stalenin, etc., etc.... I talk with them AS normal AS possible by someone! But they start provoking me by just insulting me.


I don't know how one can change his behave without talking to those people, who were ALSO FRIENDS ONCE...



Now, I know, they won't give a shitty friend type thing to me, anytime... I guess, this server too... You guys are just telling me that I was, I am, and I'll stay toxic... But it's a no! You guys, who were once friends, just ignore me... And, this is why I had no choice to tolerate it anymore!



Now, I only need a chance to become normal, if you guys cooperate with me. If you don't want to cooperate with me to make me again a normal player as I was, I have nothing to do in here.


I need an answer, seriously, telling that, how one can change his behave even his friends talk with him provoke fully? What should I need to do else? I talked with all of you guys nicely, but, no one is not nice towards me... Except for a few people...


I wouldn't become toxic if you guys talked with me as I talked with you...

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	CUZ WE ARE ALLOWED TO KILL SUSPECTS THAT "RECENTLY ATTACKED US".
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was at LVPD. A "civilian" without gaining 1 star, attacked a cop INTENTIONALLY. Which made him a threat. I killed him then few mins later got PSO.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?
Any more information to provide?	Just don't try to cover any of your rules. We are allowed to kill them if them if they attacked us.

I'll be posting a video that shows he punched that cop intentionally.

Well, guys, I'll be hosting an event on my birth day, 20th August, 1:30 PM GMT +5:30.[India time]

There will be 3 events. One is a deathmatch, the second is a race, and the third will be a hide n seek?

Or if you guys want only one of these, you may post it here as voting.

Prizes will be: 1m for DM! 510k for race! and 510k for hide n seek!

To participate, please enlist your name in this thread. Or if you want to change the time, you may decide. But I'll be busy after 6 PM...


Staff is required on that day to help me to make it a success. They can either PM me on forums or just post it here if they can.

an area where we can start it by ourselves or just a new event suggestion where 1 headshot = kill with the country rifle will exist. And yeah, no reload animation will be applied.

Why? Actually, everyone loves it and it was an old feature of this server, 1 hs kill with snipers...

Rejected Suggestions / Ban lengths...

Well, do you guys know that why this server didn't reach 100+ players always? I'm pretty sure that you know it. It's all about the long-term bans. So, if you guys want this server to reach more player count, then we'll have to reduce the ban lengths. And this is why the server I play on reaches almost 400 players.

So, here's how should the ban lengths be:

Bans from the anti-cheat should be 5 days ban IF the person is new.
  -IF he gets caught again by anti-cheat for the 2nd time, it'll be a 30 days ban.
  -IF he again does anything wrong and anti-cheat bans him, it'll be a 1-year ban.
Bans from admins should be 30 days. It doesn't matter if he's a new or an old player.
Ban from admins for the 2nd time will be a 1 year ban.
Ban from admins for 3rd time, WILL be a permanent ban. And, their account will be deleted from the server. If he was a donator, his donator stats will also be removed.

On 30 days bans, if the victim posts a topic in the ban appeal section and admits that he was cheating, his ban will be reduced from 30 days to 20 days. This means, 10 days reduction.

And yeah, there should be an option to purchase an unban.
  - We will be able to buy an unban for 10$ in real-life money. It's NOT a p2w thingy. They'll be paying for what mistake he had done as a punishment.
  -If he's a rich snob, then he'll cheat... And this is why there will be a cooldown to buy the unban again. And the cooldown will be 365 days cooldown.

If a new player comes and does a HUGE amount of cheat, that makes everyone be harmed, then he'll be banned for 6 months.

And yeah, if he evades the ban, then the 5 days ban will be a 35 days ban. If he again evades, 65 days. Again, 1-year ban. AGAIN, account deletion, and permanent ban.




I hope this suggestion will be implemented... Hoping for positive thoughts from you guys...

Well, now my PC handles GTA SA at 150 - 210 FPS. And, I see MCNR players' FPS is at 120. But I have never got 99+ FPS on my SAMP. How to lock it at 120 FPS?
