Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because this player has been provoking me for 2 days now and staff would ignore my reports on him
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Ok so, This guy is from my country, he has been provoking me for the last days and would even insult me in Serbian but wouldn't get punished for it. He then came to insult me in whispers and made me lose my cool and replied with "your mother", like wow, does he have a free pass to insult everyone he wants? I'm annoyed from the way he would RDM me and never leave me alone, despite me reporting him before with no action recieved. It's kind of annoying to see that I'm the one who gets infracted from an annoying player who keeps provoking me.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Yesterday, [RA]Freshmane and many others can confirm that he was the one who kept provoking me all the time
Any more information to provide?	I'm trying to keep a clean record and I hate to be infracted for this. I understand that mentioning a player's family is prohibited but this guy kept doing it and no one ever talked to him or infracted him for this.

Details		I spawned in ganton some cop popped my tires, so i started running by foot then these 2 cops came and started chasing me while 1 of them shot me maybe once maybe couple times, Dux was trying to stop me with car but then started ramming me with it when i got in a car of some guy who wanted to help me, Dux shot me with m4.
