You can just simply run behind the suspect and cuff them you have more than enough time due to tazer range and the stun duration. Cuffing from any angles and without animation is just no.

Most things have been said by MrAz, thanks for pointing that out. You can't post more than one suggestion per topic because if one of them got rejected it's hard to put this topic in the Accepted or Rejected suggestion.
Also about the stock market I'm not sure about it, I'd say no for now because I think it's not necessary people will earn money from it passively instead of robbing stores, kinda "losing" the CnR atmosphere for me.

Please put a more relevant title, example "bug with helicopter rappling". Also the heli need to be stationary to use the rappling system as passenger because you will fall if you rapple while the heli still moving.
