Basicly make it work like human armor  if you have half armor while human you pay half the price  for the armor but when you have vehicle armor bought and car is litteraly  slightly damaged you have to pay whole armor again instead pay for what is damaged

Details		As i said in report https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,14441.new.html#new I was minding my own bussines being alone and getting revenge fighting with aimbotters and suddenly Fabry as a cop 3rd party comes to me and kills me while non treath, i make a /report because its not his first time abusing and i get /apm by staff that i was near dani and dani was mw and what ever he said.  Firstly I WAS ALONE, i was not teaming Dani and i didnt interfere in that fight as said i was minding my own bussines firstly trying to get revenge than hiding from aimbotter.  2nd even if Dani and other mw were arround that doesnt make me a treath because ( i WAS NOT IN A GROUP WITH THEM, WASNT IN A CAR WITH THEM AND I CERTAINLY WASNT NEAR THEM, (i was in car than car was destroyed and i was on foot being db-ed and rammed to death)) i was MORE THAN few metters away when fabry came, after he destroyed my bullet i was hiding even further.  3rd Instantly makin my report invalid without checking the evidence or whatever, just saying i was arround them. When i asked you about video evidence you blocked apm by saying you really askin admin for video evidence?! YEAH NIGGA when you ask 30m video for rdm and i know you were recording the incident  i fuckin need  the video evidence of me getting into the fight and/or being with Dani and the other mw while being killed so we can all see if i was involved with dani's mw activity and if the report is invalid really Also to note up you instant answered the report is  invalid but  couldnt do /assist (for 10m) about your decision to punish me 10m after i log off based on /actions logs right ? https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,14440.msg69046.html#msg69046.

Denied Complaints / Nypd fabry killing non-treath

Details		IM NOT SATISFED OF THE OUTCOME OF INGAME REPORT. Long story short 2 aimbotters ingame and i have revenge on one of them. I try to go to him after getting out of jail and breaking the evidences  but he got kicked or whatever so i try to go away get armor and etc. but fabry rams his car into mine and that starts db me,and both ( dani while fighting the aimbotter), and than destroys my car with drive by. I step aside  far apart from other fight and other people but he still goes for my  kill even if im non treath while i was hiding from that aibmoter who was locking on everyone arround.

Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone	ive just logged an saw that i have pso dont know exact time EDIT:it says 01.02.2023 18:39(4hrs before this post)
Ban/infraction reason and details	Helping a criminal while being public service
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I dont know how can i help or not help criminal while being  medic unless if /heal is helping a criminal while being Paramedic than idk why this job exists and why dont you just ban everyone
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Someone may have reported me for something and i got punished, but i dont see any forum reports nor admin contacted me ingame
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Possibly if you tell me what situation i was punished for
Any more information to provide?	YEp i can provide actions or bring a witness, i was playing for a long time as crim than i become Paramedic because too many cops, was helping/healing players both cops and criminals than i logged off because it got boring. When i relloged i saw im punished but i was not reported nor forums nor was contacted ingame about any case.

since i re-joined the server like 2-3 weeks ago ive noticed so many things happening good and bad things. Later on ive noticed somuch rule breaks,aimbotters, weird things such as hellboss being a different guy ( not good for lying but did great job moderating #FreeHellBoss) and few other things that im not gonna mention  and now im getting 4 infractions points for saying nigge r just WOW. After complaining about the infractions.NOT REALLY!!!!! but saying give me more infractions ive got banned permament from the server. For what ever i did wrong to you im not really sorry. Ive passed 3 years here on the server and achieved so many things, achived and did  so much that some of the staff cant even think off. I dont care what you gonna say but ive reported bugs, made few suggestions that got approved , melted rule breakers,cheaters etc. i did ban some of them punished some of them so they can keep crying. But that was all voulontary and didnt meant nothing to the current staff team( they couldnt even put ex-staff or donator on my forum account) so they banned me. With this im coming to an end of my MCNR career , in my ban description it was said  i need  to go  play somewhere else but as everyone knows i dont play on other servers and this was my relief for the past 3 years. So thank you for saving my time to try to improve something on this server as i did in this 3 long years that passed. To all be concluded i wish you all the best and never be peacefull of ddosers and cheaters and other rule breakers so yall can have a good job here and there. If Mike someday decides to unban me thats his choice and maybe we will meet again one day. Until then best regards and thanks for your patience,involvment and many other things that happend FOR THE PAST 3 years  that we all together passed through. Closed / Helpers,testers,mods and admins to be more cautios

Today i was playing on server reported one player 3 times for same thing no actions were taken because the player had bigger score and mods/admins were playing with him (instead of dealing with reports they just roam arround). Afterwards i report a newbie rdming me and the newbie gets punished like in 3 seconds cuz he is no namer.

 Later on i deal with aimboter constantly reporting but player being monitored and put on watchlist while mod/admin roam arround in a car. 5 players fighting him and he still die so ive   ask through /helpme for a support of staff to record spec or etc and than an helper who just logged on tried to explain to me to report the player and he couldnt do anything thats why i said to him use your helper role to get this cheater banned. While ive asked for help from specific  staff who was online to ban this cunt they ve  asked for evidence  CANT YOU FUCKIN spec him  while we fight him? we litteraly did die to him like 10 times ..... If ive could record my game play i would post the shit on forums as he is clearly aimbotting , not gonna cry in game as im older player and i know how shit works.

Testers helpers should more often help if this is the case but mods/admins lately become so toxic and demanding like WTF?! Im joining the server 5 mins ago and i report for rdm admin say get video evidence of 30m FOR WHY? cant you see /actions past 5 mins? Also you need more mods and admins that will be more active and willing to help the community instead of increasing toxicity and leaving players to aimbot and break the fuckin rules and do whatever they want to.

Mods and admins shoulde have their work reviewed more often also  cuz they be roaming arround not caring bout reports or make the reports invalid for many reasons. I remember back in the days admins used to care more about the server and community would leave the game just to review reports/ spec hackers rule breakers etc instead of  playing with friends .Punishing also is not proper recently got infracted for rdm wrongfully without admin checking the actions as it should.Or not punnishing someone is also a bad idea like i get a invalid random bounty by some player Zurg (@Dani) the guy who constantly trying to rdm me and i /report him for invalid bounty but admin didnt cared only laughed cuz i had 50k bounty, ive had to kill the guy to avoid being killed for bounty and later on admin response was you already killed him so there is no punishment, NO NIGGA YOU SUPOSE TO PUNISH SO HE WONT DO IT AGAIN.

Details		Welp i joined the server thats why i dont need video evidence about this case and i go to ammu after i leave jail and get instantly sprayed on by this 2 fools. Yesterday i also reported them but admin said dm and rdm reporrts to be on forum so heres the thing

Edit: Theese 2 guys have personal grudge against me , putted invalid bounty constantly try to rdm and etc. Not only on me but few other guys complain on theese 2 when no admins online

Closed / Crashes crashing my game

welp i downloaded crashes.asi and had to change the setting in it but instead of crashes.cfg ive opened the crashes.asi in notepad  and reworked it, now i tried to reinstall the crashes etc. because my game keep crashing when i try to log on any server. Any possible fix/help  or try send me gta download link i know Mike had it uploaded somewhere but cant find it rn.

Rejected Suggestions / x-mas gift reward suggestion

Well as the christmas event started i came along a new idea. Because its not relevant how many gifts you find after you find 200 of 450 why dont  we make when you pick up a gift to be rewarded same as treasure hunt. To be clear you get to 200 gifts and you have pretty cool season items,vehicle credit and 500k$, but after 200 you must find all of 450 to be rewarded again . So its not worth finding any other gift after 200 (we all know you cant get all 450) so why not paying for the effort looking for the rest of them same as  the treasure hunt. I suggest like 1k$ per gift picked up after 200 or maybe 500$ for every gift picked up  since the beggining. Also its a cool event as always

Edit: While some people are about candy some people are about  the gifts, so players in /candyrank are awarded from 1-100  but with the gifts you are awarded as you collect them so thats what im trying to point out. This can be used for feauture events such as easter,Haloween etc.

Fixed Bugs / Recovering personal vehicle cheaper than its price - spawning destroyed

I recalled my vehicle after exploded and i didnt thought that my car cant be recalled within 30 secs. My car respawned on fire  and i recalled again after blowing up  but i was offered recover message i pressed recover and than i lost money but the car spawned on fire again, i kept doing it and noticed that the only way to recall the car without going on fire is by going thorugh interaction menu- repairing engine thats whay cheaper than doing /pv.
steps to reproduce :
call a car > destroy it > and recall it by /pv (might not work the first time ) >  press Y  to open interaction menu and repair engine by $$$  while the car spawn  >car spawn fixed for cheaper than recovery fee  if this is not done like this car will spawn on fire to  infinity and you will lose money  Like shown in the video

Rejected Suggestions / Forum suspension for few days after (ammount) of invalid reports

The title speak for it self, players who report bugs,players,admins etc. Should be punished with a few days suspension on forum posting if some ammount of reports are invalid  i guess maybe 4-5 or so and after that the ssuspension  resets next time he repeats invalid report 5 times again he gets more days of suspension . Like players be posting same thing over and over again like desync things or things that are clearly  not valid ( cuz they dont read the instructions ) to farm post or idk ehats their deal.
