Details : I was battling with [59]Cartel and his gang doing too well i guess we had bounties on each other, after about 20 minutes of [59]Cartel chasing me and attempting to kill me, he attempts to dive onto my boat with a plane to explode me twice, and twice he failed, when he landed in the water, he quit to avoid me robbing/killing him both times.
