The evidence you submitted only shows that egy killed a most wanted. Most wanteds live dangerously, players may kill them (you could compare it with a bounty on their head). Furthermore , please use video evidence in the future.

Medics are neutral and should only use their guns/weapons to defend themselves if necessary.
Otherwise, living as a most wanted is dangerous and you have to expect to get killed (doesn't have to be RDM).

Effect mods can effect your FPS really bad indeed.

If you still wanna see bloodsplatter like in a horror movie, but don't wanna have the fps drops, send me a PM.

Furthermore, if you use something like bullet.asi or an asi which shows you the ballistic of the weapon (which would be forbidden btw), delete it.
