Details		Today, me friend and I were playing together when a suspicious looking player, most likely a hacker popped in front of us at El Quabadros Ammunation. Since my friend was inside and I was in the car, I thought he was inside ammunation. He ran away but I shot him(for the same reason people shoot at each other on Mike's CnR). I was then banned for "contine role breaking". My friend was really annoyed because he knows me better and rushed others to talk to codeshadow. I talked to him because I was told he is one of the supportive members of the community in order to try to discuss if this was hard punishment and also wondered what he meant by 'contine rule breaking'.    If codeshadow could supply some strong evidence of me breaking rules. Communities tend to kick players before they ultimately ban players, which is why codeshadow acted like he couldn't carry the profession cold headed. I also admit that his english requirements must be set to a point where he can do his job appropriately.  EVIDENCE: https://imgur.com/4KA7cam

Name: Additional ATMs & Payphones
Suggestion: I want to see more ATMs located at crucial spawning areas(Airports mostly) and some public areas(such as hospitals).
Why Should This Be Implemented: Adding more of these will improve our tolerance towards new players, and those players who want to save some time enjoying the server rather than having to run or manage to get to an ATM or Bank (especially when wanted). It will help beginners learn the ATM system quickly and also if we add more pay phones, more players will have the opportunity to contact for a taxi and an all-around server tour, and also meet new players faster.

Name: Rustler+Kamikaze
Suggestion: Adding Rustler to less visited areas(like the Big Ear, Missionary Hill, etc) that respawns every 10 to 15 minutes. This Rustler will have ability to cause massive explosion upon pressing the button(SPACE Button). This will be useful for both cops & robbers of the server(when they are outnumbered)
Why Should This Be Implemented: I see this as an ok suggestion and it will help outnumbered faction to compete.

Originally all weapons were instant death by headshot at close range but I changed it to only work for sniper. I do see this being abused however and will probably remove the instant kill for anything other than close range.

Almost any weapon whose bullets hit you in the head will most certainly cause immediate death. However, in our community, only sniper has that ability.

Name: Respawning Personal Vehicle
Suggestion: Restrict a player so that he/she can't respawn or call their vehicle to them as long as someone is driving it.
Why Should This Be Implemented: Today I caught a player off his NRG and stole it, got involved into a police pursuit and then the player decided to respawn their vehicle, leaving me on bare foot with the cops. I think it's unrealistic to be able to pull such commands while there is someone using the vehicle.

Name: Headshot Effect
Suggestion: Remove Headshot Effect with Sniper(when hitting player in the head with sniper puts you to death).
Reason Why This Should Be Implemented: This must be removed in order to balance out with the rest of the weapons. Knowing only the police force has access to sniper(and civilians over lvl 70) is a good reason why majority of pursuits end up with a suspect being headshotted instead of arrested.

Inability for civilians to have Sniper Rifle in the early game and ability of beginner cops to obtain one puts a grand inbalance between the classes. Besides, no other weapon has the headshot effect and on a CnR server its pretty annoying because the point of the mode is the pursuit, shootout. Every police officer tends to use this and only this weapon against the suspects because they will almost always win, even if someone experienced came shooting with a double sawn off.

To me, this looks like you have a big grudge against me and trying to tie it up in a report about something I did, which I didn't do. All I can see from the screens is that you took a few screens of me when I'm leaving the server. Which I did often because my screen turns black oftenly.  There aren't even proof of vehicles that I drove if I were there. Your evidence is not strong and your story is very poor.
