cop service XP reduction for killing non threat , so i've given this player a 75k compensation for that wrong kill i did , and he said "we're cool i'll drop the complaint" , but the admin wouldnt listen that ive given him a compensation
( i have the entire gameplay recorded in case u need more proofs )

1- For the first kill he was holding a sawn off shotgun, that gave the impression he's trying to shoot me  " to prevent damage to yourself or others "

2- I was only trying to throw him off his bike as u can see , but accidentally heli-bladed him , it happened so fast . to prove this i was on my way to revive him so i can cuff him , if only he didnt choose to "accept death" as a reason to pin this on me .
