Approved Appeals / I made a ban appeal before, but still banned

I made a ban appeal before and unbanned by admin reply. But when i log in to the server i still got banned. Please help

In-game name Failedgy
- Explanation: Why were you banned? What happened? Just get jailed, then randomly get banned by cheat 15 for 1 year. Is this bug or not,
- Evidence: Provide evidence where possible/applicable that you are innocent. i dont know what evidence i suppose to give for
- Ban message: Show the message that shows your ban details.

- Explanation: Why were you banned? What happened? I got banned by cheat code 15 detected. I had 2 wanted star before (from stealing cars and shooting in public) then I got killed and jailed by police (i forget who), Then I got Banned for 1 year. I'm surely I'm not using any illegal progam/cheating
- Evidence: Provide evidence where possible/applicable that you are innocent. I dont know what evidence, since i got no ideas why i got banned
- Ban message: Show the message that shows your ban details.
