Implemented Suggestions / Allow to set different property spawn location in each city

Currently you can set 1 spawnpoint via setting, make it so you can choose different spawn location for every city.
That could increase properties prices aswell, having better impact on house economy.

soon as the vehicle went lower than 1300 hp, we in the back seat lost ability to drive-by as passenger. long ago this was a issue, it reoccured after the latest update. bug doesnt seem to affect people in front

Under Consideration / bulk ammo

After the new ammunation update, id really look for other solution to spam space 10x times to buy 100 ammo for a weapon, maybe add a bulk ammo service for weapons? Long ago weapon packs were suggseted, still not implemented. Maybe atleast can we get bulk ammo service?

General / A decent journey

I really don't know where should I start nor am I talkative person. Was fun while the fun lasted for me here, from 2020 Covid lockdown till today. Found out that another CnR server exists with a growing population that is so called Mike, I gave it a try and thing got me hooked instantly from its unique RP features, which weren't in the previous one where I came from. Saw the server go through lots of changes and upgrades, which I loved. I was even given the chance to be part of the wonderful staff team where I had the chance to climb through different staff categories to the point where I am now ( Manager ). I met many amazing guys in the server @Cashewz @Flyburger @ranja @Dudesdog (sorry there were too many of you) that made my stay even enjoyable. I created crew called Grey Five Nine, having hope to revive the crew activity which I did sort of. Going forward, not long ago @Stylebender started playing Mike's CnR, which gave me reason to stay bit longer active in the community than I planned, but as for now, we both have decided to end the journey here, stick to our plans and resign as staff.
Thank you @trina for doing amazing job and playing a online mom for others and thanks @Mike for creating such a masterpiece SA-MP server.
Will be online here and then, but still will be waiting for the big 2.0 update, which is going to be great, long live Mike's Cops and Robbers.

Approved Suggestions / Adding rank/level system to mechanic

Already the other jobs have have ranks - police/firefighter/medic (Rank 10)
I see it as perfect oppurunity to add rank system to mechanic, same as others have. Mechanic rank colouring should be from light gray to dark grey.
Currently you are able to buy vehicle upgrades via gas stations.
Example:
Rank 4 your skill increases and you can provide services faster
Rank 5 mechanics can add bullet-resistant tires to your vehicle, adding the same animation what goes for repairing.
Rank 7 your skill increases once again - mechanic service providing becomes professional.
Rank 8 mechanics can add super bullet-resitant tires to your vehicle.
Rank 9 can fully repair your vehicle for higher amount of cash. In a single animation - should take like 10 seconds, because currently the gas station takes up to 5 seconds. ($5000-$8000)
Rank 10 can add armour to your car. Currently the price for that is $5,500 in gas-stations, make it like $10,000.
Prices can be adjusted and mechanics should only get 10%-20% of the total service.
