I believe your fixed too much on the refund. As said before, just let us handle with the situation. We are working as a team to fix the issue. Things like this takes time and we take precautions to make sure everything works right. In the meantime, this isn't a ban appeal, its more so a suggestion and an unhappy mood towards our work. Go post your suggestion in the correct place so others can chat with you about it and give ideas to try and make the server better.

It's a refund appeal. This way I know someone is going to refund me and not just pass me around. It's clear I lost the bullet due to a server bug, it's one ig command to refund me for an admin.

Are you banned? You’ve shown the bug and it’s been logged already. The refunding is pretty much up to the higher ups at this point. We are still working on the matter. As far as the refund, I believe you probably hit up a manager already about it but all I can tell you is to keep making money in the process and wait for an answer!

It should not take this long since I posted a video where it's clear my bullet dissapear. Also, every time I ask ig for a refund I get ignored and last time I got "refund yourself". We need a refund section on forums tbh since alot of people lose stuff because of bugs or weird situations.

What's the reason you need to get refunded for?	I lost my bullet due to a bug and i didn't get refunded for it. Each time i am ig and ask for it, i get ignored or they refuse to refund me.
Any more information to provide?

"Refund yourself" as in "F**k yourself"...
I'm sorry i post it here, i have no idea where i need to post it since there is no "refund" section.

db got nerfed with the -500 car hp nerf alot. Now almost in every db fight both cars get distroyed if they are moving much. also a bullet sweet spot was added which imo is too easy to hit and people hit it randomly without even wanting to hit it.

I am not involved into this but sometimes if you hit sawn off on his head it triggers rapid fire and I saw you shot sawns when he cbugged. Maybe put a not speed up video so it's easier for mods to look at it

All threat crimes should lead to a 6-star wanted level, yes. If this is not working as intended, it is a bug/oversight.

Looking at the code, for each crime I seem to have defined two attributes:
- Can this crime take the player to a 6-star wanted level
- Is this crime a 'threat' crime

I don't really know why I've defined these separately (where one can be true and one can be false) because surely they're synonymous. I'll look into this.

I'll also look into the wanted levels given, as they should all be 35 'points' which leads to a 6-star wanted level.

Some threat crimes also do not show in /crimes as red, for example public shooting

Robbing a clerk won't give you 6 stars and that makes you a threat according to the rules. There's more things like this too.

You should reconsider my suggestion where you should see on your screen "threat" and above your head just like the bounty, it displays that you are a threat to the police if a certain condition (of many) is met and it will expire in 5 mins or so:

This might be a big job but it will greatly help with the player complaints and it will ease the work of the staff too. Put it in /logs somehow that you became a threat too.

These are my final 2 cents about this.

He also insulted me but not punishable because there is no verbal rules in mcnr besides family insult and racism. I was ingame when he said that, i didn't have tp sit on discord echo.

well, in my pov, i saw u going for that weak 2 stars player and i went to help him, when i saw u didn't attack me back i let u go and i was going to say sorry, after that u said "want another report" in a toxic way which pissed me and i dont give a single fuck, so i killed you and i was right you was a threat to me and to that weak player, like for all places you landed that heli next to him i went very fast to save him and he's lucky bcs i got in time.

I was landing the heli to go to hospital... I literary go in another direction after landing the heli and you shoot me after. You're using him as an excuse to cophunt.

Q: Can I help another criminal fight against cops?
A: Yes, you can. You can help random criminals fight against cops. As long as you witnessed cops trying to ''harm'' the criminal.

it was a mistake, didn't play samp for weeks or maybe months, yet the first bullet hit him and second didn't so i dont see any reason to get infractions from this report.

You did it twice, you're just doing it intentional, the 2nd time i wasnt recording but he didnt denied it in chat and started to insult me after i told him as in "dude, i did not wanted to report you, but stop doing it".

Details		copgunt, he killed me for revenge while i was afk, then h unpaused, you can see in logs the moment i unpaused, got in a heli because had 0 hp because city changed meanwhile and it didnt do the reports, went to ammo, i wanted to go to hospital to get 100% health and he just came to me and rdm'd me. I started recording only when i got in heli because i was doing the other report meanwhile on him...

It would be cool if you're non threat you're Orange and if you're threat you're red. Takes too much time do to /crimes and you might lose your suspect for it. Btw I also suggested this some months ago but i dont remember the outcome.
