Your original appeal for aimbot was decided by Karbz, so only they or Mike can lift your ban. Regarding Mustafa's ban, I didn't find a ban with that username; however, if they're banned, they must make a ban appeal, not you on their behalf.

After discussing it with Karbz, they agree the warning is fair. Asking a cop to uncuff you is equivalent to telling the cop to break the rules because cops are required to arrest criminals that they see especially if they've cuffed them. If anything, the warning serves to draw a line as to what is and isn't allowed for future reference.

From the video, infraction is justified since you did bug abuse by driving off on your bike while downed. As Beaten pointed out, you should of let the cop arrest or finish you off, use a medkit to revive, or die and respawn at the hospital instead driving off.

Given that you aren't causing problems in-game (according to your infraction history), I'll change the infraction to a warning. Just to reiterate what was said, your revenge is done if you killing or contributing to the death of a player even as a cop. However, as a cop, medic, or firefighter, you must go off-duty before going after the player you have revenge on in order to kill them.

The conversation that you and stal. were having in main chat should of been kept in private, local, or group chat. Even if you were just joking around, not everyone will see it as such in public chat.

Unfortunately, without any sort of evidence to look at, there is no way to prove that Dani was in the wrong here. At the very least, please include your action logs if you weren't able to record the incident.

After discussing this with the other managers, the video is inconclusive to show that there weren't any criminals in the bank. It would of been useful to have shown the current player list in your video so we could then check each criminal's action logs to see if they were in the bank. Hence, no action will be taken against Dani.

After discussing this with the other managers, unfortunately, Dani was in the wrong for punishing you if you, Daryl, and the other occupants in the cop car were cops. As you said, cops cannot damage other cops nor their vehicle if it's occupied by a cop. Myself or another management will be talking to Dani about this situation. For you part, I'll remove the PSO and credit you with money to replace your weapons. However, the braindead comment is not welcomed and will earn you an infraction.

If you are appealing a Discord ban, you need to provide your Discord username because bans are done on Discord accounts, not in-game accounts.

Whether or not the warning was necessary, it doesn't excuse how your responded to Dani. Hence, the ban was justified.

Non-threat criminals should not be attacked unless it's a situation exempted by cop rules such as the non-threat criminal is swimming, flying an aircraft, etc. Given that you've been already PSOed for attacking non-thread criminals in the past, the PSO won't be removed. I suggest you read /crules to avoid being punished again because the next PSO most likely will result in a public service (cop/firefighter/medic) job ban.
