If there's no rule saying you can't, you can. I am not going to start adding rules for things you 'can' do. That's not how rules are done.

There isn't even such an item...? The only cargo items I see in the database containing 'Animal' are 'Animals' and 'Dead Animals'?

Looking at the script, they expire after 10 minutes. Why would anyone not collect a supply drop for 10 minutes..?

Being able to repair/refuel your vehicle with the click of a button is already advantageous enough. It doesn't need to be made 1% easier...

I don't feel it's necessary to code this as an actual scripted feature (nor do I want to). Players should be able to organise this themselves. If players disrupt it, report them to staff for griefing. Staff could also organise this.
