This is would be a pointless addition. Players that play with friends or gangs already just swap to a cop and let everyone out if the odd occasion happens when they're all in prison. Or they just do a 500$ bribe to some n00b cop and they're out.

Idea's cool, but then you need to lower that 20% down to like 10% and then screwdriver increases to 30% with a chance to break it as well, so it's gone from inv and need to re-buy.
Either way, I think getting out of jail is an absolute joke at this point since the time's are low and 9/10 times you active gang players get your friends to bail you out anyways.

Hello, you are right, but my main concern was the list of currently stolen cars, which are often standing around unmanned.

If those vehicles are player-owned. They can just de-spawn them themselves. If they are in the world, there's no need to list them somewhere, it would just be a heck load of useless information.
If your idea is to get those vehicles to the impound in the Police Departament garage, then you're better off going for yellow ticketed players who are being charged for Grand Theft and just make sure they pay their ticket and then bring the stolen car to the PD.

As a cop with 20k+ experience, I can completely say that checking stuff like recent crimes is very useless. It's way easier to check TAB scoreboard and then do /loc (id) on the criminals.
Your suggestion would fit more for a rp server.

In the current state of the server:
Cops should honestly have the ability to spawn fuck all since everyone has the top of the top tier cars, so why the f not lol

When the server gets fixed:
Cops should stay the same

At this point I don't know if it's worth bothering with all of this.
I've, as well as many others, made very detailed posts on how to fix the economy. I've spoken to M3E6 when he was around (No clue where he went) and Mike himself.
All that WAS or IS known that it was supposed to get fixed around a bit after new years. Since it'll be February soon, I think this boat has went by and no change will happen.
