Invalid Bugs / CRASH FOR NO REASON

I enter the game and the restart message in the chat turns green and the screen turns white and I have to log in again. There is no problem with the internet because I can log in again and enter the game. My computer is strong. I've been playing for four months and I didn't have this problem.

Details I was waiting for my friend, Suddenly [KoS]Astronaut came and robbed my money, But I did not react, My name was yellow, Then [KoS]Astronaut shoot at me, I got on a bike to escape But he killed me.
Of course, there are 4 players but [KoS]Astronaut killed me.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? I don't use cheating and hacking

.What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? 
I was driving when the car was suddenly thrown into the air and destroyed and I get down and then banned due to flying while I did nothing.
I am innocent.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you? No
