They aren't rare at all. All rich/sporty vehicles, when having a randomised numberplate assigned, have a 1 in 3 chance (pretty common) of a vanity plate:

I will start with a story.
Today i bought a really nice white Cheetah from the AutoBahn dealership in LV. I customised a color, tuned it...
When i went to store it, i saw what licence plate it got.

When i saw that i was so shocked. I'm not a donator, but i somehow got a really rare licence plate.
So, let's talk about price. I really don't know what is this worth, so i will kinda auction it, in the reply you will say a price and nothing else, whoever has the highest bid will get the car. I will add screenshots in the reply.

WTF, i didn't do vehicle HP lock or whatever the crap the other thing is. I have a REALLY high packetloss and it really makes the server unplayable for me most of the time. Reason why i have a huge packetloss is the fact that i get internet access using 4G network and ping is huge compared to any other method. I really don't know what that other thing is and i tried looking it up on google but nothing shows up. Can i atleast get an explanlanation?

I, KowalskiTheGenius on Fifth of July (Wednesday) around 8:00 PM DST i got temporary banned for 7 days and i don't know why. I never used any hacks on any server becouse i think that there is no point in hacking. Only thing that i think triggered the AC might be that i had to kill a wanted player that was abusing anims by sitting inside the wall of LVPD, so i shot him in the legs and killed him by doing that. Then i got into a heli and tried doing a chase, like i was maybe 2 minutes into the chase and then came the temporary ban. I really don't know why this ban ocurred, AC prob detected WallHack or some other thing like that. That's all i have to say about this so i guess goodbye
