The player has enough brain to know they're ticketed without you telling them what to do.. They also automatically get warned again after a short while to pay the ticket, And can do it on any officer, But if you want to send an on-screen cop message yourself that is different..

There was a race system in Crazybob's, The players would bet and race, Would be cool if such thing to come here as well!
It was like, Two players racing together around, Just like outrun system in nfs yk..

It was suggested to change the spawn system and completely replace them with properties; That's not a good idea, But how about adding the properties as spawn points? Despite all the exiting spawn points, We can also spawn at or next to the properties we purchase, It adds a proper use for them, And also won't hurt the current spawn system.

I think they mean that the character won't arrest the criminal and only yells "Get in the car" no matter how many times they press N, You can arrest the criminal by typing "/ar".
