Repair plan!
My recovery plan has been broken down into several parts
1. The tax system - players pay taxes
2. Each player with:
-owners of 1 or 2 houses pays 1000 dollars a week (rent plus tax)
-owners of 3-4 houses pays 2000 dolars a week (rent plus tax)
-owner of 5 and more house pays 4000 dollars a week (rent plus tax)
[in this sub-item I mean that people should not buy 5 houses,because only rich people can bought many house (in the game, players)]
3. players pay for car insurance (optional)
4 (really optional!) For the damage to the cars during the chase, the escapee pays if the police catch him
Explanation of the Tax System
The United States has a specific tax system due to a certain autonomy of individual states. This applies, inter alia, to income tax, which consists of as many as three types of taxes. As a result, the amount of income tax in the US can range from 10% to as much as 35%. A wealth tax could be introduced on the server, ranging from 5% to 10% on money earned at work.

And that would be the end of my thoughts for now,I'm not making a Roleplay server out of this server, I just want this tax system, not the disappearance of the money!
