After careful consideration I have opted in to revoke the infraction that was issued to you by Clara. Whilst the footage she had supplied was genuine and NOT EDITED, she had stopped recording and began recording between those 2 clips in an attempt to limit the overall size of the recording. I understand you're probably so enraged you won't believe it, but it's the truth and she was not "attempting" to hide anything from you.
I as the Operations Manager, was not defending Clara, as I trust her judgement of the situation. However, as the video provided by herself is making you cry, plus nobody else within the incident had footage I have opted in to revoke the infraction simply just to satisfy your wants. Clara is not a shit staff member, there have been a lot worse in the past. You're just crying simply because you were in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
Now that the situation has been rectified, let's hope next time a similar situation happens the people involved actually have more evidence.

Alright so a few things don't make sense to me here, and have me leaning towards this being cop hunt rather than "protecting your group mate".
First thing here that makes little sense, you claim he was your group mate yet he was riding solo by himself. According to overdoz, now whilst there isn't evidence apparently you guys were not even there when overdoz rammed him (I can't make a statement off that, as there is no evidence). Overdoz claims that the ram caused your "mate" to glitch into the wall which is indeed possible, although the server eventually rectified the issue Overdoz was attempting to get him out of the wall. If the server didn't auto-respawn him, it would of been requesting staff help and having staff respawn, or quitting the server which would have led to quit to avoid.
Upon overdoz blowing up his vehicle, in an attempt to help your "group mate", to hopefully get unstuck he called his bullet (whilst being an idiot and standing in the middle of the road), its to me clear that he had no intention of actually trying to kill you guys. When his vehicle, he was going to the direction of his spawned bullet. Not into the direction of your vehicle, if anyone would have the right to kill Overdoz it would have been the player he rammed.
The video clip provided, also shows overdoz standing next to his vehicle. I see no intention of overdoz pulling out a weapon, and I do not see it in the logs where he was pointing a sniper rifle at you. Since, there is no evidence to say that overdoz was aiming a weapon at you, and no evidence to say that you were near the vicinity of your friend when he was rammed the infraction will be staying. As for the supplied video, all I see is you picking up a random criminal (how do I know that's actually your group mate) and not just some random criminal that you came across to use as a petty excuse to kill a cop.
Overdoz spawned his vehicle, and attempted to run away from you guys. Why didn't you kill him whilst he was standing there, if that was actually your "group mate" - That would have been the correct time, not waiting the duration that you did to then finally kill him. Clara issued the infraction correctly, I myself see it as cop hunt going off the evidence provided to me. I will be, along with other staff members be doing a review of "revenge" as there are too many.
The infraction will not be removed, however Clara may decide if they're feeling generous may lower the amount of points. I will leave that at their discretion.

There is no sufficient evidence in your complaint here, the message ID does not tell me anything whatsoever. Also to mention, that yes although Dani is extremely strict when it comes to the server it's 100% needed.
It's actually good having a staff member who enforces the rules, and who doesn't let people get away with shit. Make a report when you have decent evidence against Dani, not weak ass evidence like what you have provided here.

Hello,
Whilst we do permit the usage of VPN services on the server, server staff may also request the ability to use a VPN service be temporarily disabled. We will often disable the ability the use VPN services if we believe there is a player who is a serious ban evader, cheating and coming back constantly (still counts as evasion), and to see if the VPN user may connect with their actual IP destination to allow staff to see who they are, or who the IP may originally link with.

This could have been a very simple infraction appeal, yet you decide to try your luck at insulting the staff member and getting yourself another infraction!
