in comparison to the regular crosshair indicating the actual games spray pattern I was hitting with every uzi shot and the deagle shot was clearly all on point if your refering to the ctap you already know that would have been right on him ( if you watch very closely ) again one clip used to ban me with a doubt from the banner himself tells @Karbz  all he should need to know but this is his decision and I ask for understanding from both of you there is a ton of factors in this 2004 game that are not physically perfect. You made an unwise deicison or rather a rushed decision in banning me so soon Charlie if you had seen ONE video and used it to convince yourself i'm using some sort of silent aimbot rest assured there needs to be clearer more evident evidence of any offence.. this is some ones time and account we are speaking about. this needs a fair trial. so please as I asked you in our discord just let @Karbz deal with this one for me. thanks!

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Charlie reviewed clips I sent him of an actual aimbot user, I carefully took my time to record him all day in order to have him banned for the server.. Not doing anything wrong. I have packet loss often and I use a red dot cross hair very fine. So perhaps he thinks im hitting where i shouldn't be I'm not asking him to go over the video again (charlie) as he is not qualified to determine what is and what is not an aimbot from a video. As i beleive he did not even ban the one I was reporting who had been using a cheat. ( @Karbz )
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Hunting an aimbot recording his movements ,carefully clipped and uploaded them reviewed them multiple times to be sure he was using an aimbot and It was not just LAG  or something like this. And being sure I made a report to charlie via discord. he is a great admin and I respect him very much, He has also fought me in game which makes me question his actions tonight He is very good at DM and almost could be seen as an aimbot himself. Yet I would not be banning him for what I see in these clips if the shoe happened to be on the other foot. I have ambitions of becoming a helper/moderator here and this is not ideal reaction and honestly it seems a little devious. or misplaced. watch my videos I have a fine red dot cross hair which is near invisible so hes not taking into account the radius and the 4 shots of a double sawn off on target shots. Even when shooting with deagle in these videos you will see my ability to aim and hit shots my self why would I need to add an advantage ontop of that. this is a game! lets all have fun.. yes someone is better or worse than you let it go! it's a game. dont say wow he cant do that. cause watch and see it happen below. I'll also urge you to watch vippys montage videos and tell me im a cheater in comparison. unfair.

Any more information to provide?	these are the videos I sent to him, the first video provided is what im accused of being a clear aimbot by @Charlie and shooting and hitting all this weird stuff that I cant believe he thinks is true. As a proper player himself he should have no reason to think I'm doing anything wrong every shot was connected or it would not do damage. that is how this game is intended to work. I will leave you with a note before i go to bed.. this is not aimbot this is not even good play or over confident playing. watch the clips and see for yourself this is a self proclaimed aimbot detective who is banning me for showing him my own gameplay in which I had to record, trim, upload, find a contact , and send him, wait hours for him to respond as he said he was going to bed. only to go to use the washroom and be banned for this? thanks! have a good night to all. much love I will i hope be unbanned I will ask you to put a watchlist on me and give me a fair chance what's the point to record if I'm being accused of using cheat in my reports.
