Sorry not enough proof. He might have valid reason to place bounty on those players. We will keep an eye on him. There is no such rule that 1 star player cannot kill another player. You can be white innocent civilian with 0 star but if someone attack you, rob you, steal your vehicle, place bounty on your head etc. Then you have the right to kill him/her.

by the way my  '' 1 ban month '' Was fucking unfair because i was self defence when i had 2 stars

Hi, I have investigated your unban appeal which unfortunately in the trash section. I have no power to reply or move the topic to the appropriate section.  I revoked the 2 infraction points issued by M3E6. He infracted you with the reason “at least 2 stars required for attacking.” This is an invalid reason and I apologize for any inconvenience. You still have too many active infraction points so you still have to wait for your unban. 

You can be white innocent civilian with 0 star but if someone attack you, rob you, steal your vehicle, place bounty on your head etc. Then you have the right to kill him/her.

Just make board without moderators and ill make 2 topic and simply ask administrator to stick it
