Ban/infraction reason and details	I killed a most wanted suspect that was driving the same bike that I was in as a passanger, the only way to stop the suspect was to shoot at him because we were in the same bike and it was impossible to taze him or arrest him, so I started shooting but he dind't stop the bike, so I keep shooting untill I kill the most wanted suspect, after that an admin demoted me to cop rank 1,
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	it's very confusing to have to shoot a most wanted suspect, yes he was unnarmed but he was most wanted and another cop was trying to arrest him but he didn't stop at any time, and I used the force to stop the most wanted suspect, my point is if a suspect is most wanted cops have 2 choices, to try to arrest the suspect and if the suspect doesn't stop after the cops warnings then the cop can use the force to stop the criminal
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	killing an unnarmed most wanted suspect that was impossible to arrest because the suspect stole the bike that I was as a passenger
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	there was another cop but I don't remember his name
Any more information to provide?	is unfair that most wanted suspects have more rights than cops the only thing that I want back is my rank 9 again, I was only 490 score  close to cop rank 10

It seems the anti-cheat thinks you shouldn't have had those weapons on you, but they weren't syncing to the server until you started using them.

Had you just spawned, died, gone on/off duty, ended a mission or anything that might have taken weapons and/or given weapons from you, such as loading civ/cop weapon loadout?

nope, I was just following a suspect in los santos

Yes probly to high ping. did your money returned back or when you relog your guns is back?

my money was okey, but when I returned I didn't had my guns

I was shooting a suspect that was shooting me, the suspect was on top of my car, I used my deagle to shoot him but suddenly I lost my deagle, then I started shoting with a uzi and I lost the uzi too, then I used my combat shootgun and I lost it, finally i shot with my ak and I lost it too, then after all that sh*t I got a message that said something that I was going to be reloged by an admin
 i had like 8000 bullets in the uzi
9000 in the ak
4000 in combat shotgun
