Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I'm very sure for not use hack/cheat
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	(I’m not good at speaking English, please forgive me if I make a few mistakes) I just try too jump off when i stuck on the floor in the house that i just break in (I'm get stuck on the floor all time when Break in)
