Implemented Suggestions / More Options for Donors

I know there are already lots of thing planned for donors but I think a few simple commands be very nice to have and wouldn't ruin gameplay only make it much more fun, like being allowed to use /vcolor and adding a command in that would allow someone to give a vehicle nos. This would help a lot especially on police units.

Yea, like a cuban cigar, shark pet, bull horns, pet deer, pet cow, list is endless but those are my fav objects
