Relevance?
You car was shot starting 23:13:59. Why you showing someone getting in your car 3 minutes before?

I am allowed to shoot at criminal whether if theyre driving/hiding behind car. If it happens to be your car, tough luck; no way of telling whether its the criminals car or not.

5 seconds prior to the so called 'vicious deliberate shooting of his precious vehicle', I asked another player, a criminal, to 'pull over' form a police Maverick. Proceeding to accordingly attack said player named 'Pablo_Recabarren', who happen to drive or hide behind our whining and beloved Bode, as can be observed by the activities in screenshot with the timeline of 04/03/2024 23:14:03 when a sniper shot damaged said criminal.

Following the vicious artillery spray on fragile Bode's vehicle, I proceeded enter my vehicle and chase after the criminal 'Pablo_Recabarren'. From the moment of entering my vehicle to then again shooting the car 1 minute later suggests the criminal I was chasing was driving Bode’s car, as can be observed by the damage I caused to the criminal 'Pablo_Recabarren' at 23:15:56 – 1 second prior to shooting our community cherished Bode’s vehicle.

Had I not landed a shot on the criminal would very much suggest, as Bode put it so eloquently, 'started shooting at it for no reason'. However I did land a shot, thankfully. You can understand how this complaint would wrongly land me an infraction through this rather flawed system.

I never dm'd you, did no such thing so you have no reason to kill me. Video literally only shows 10 seconds of you purposely blocking me.
You are being provocative out of pettiness as a non-threat for extended periods of time.. you are being toxic to the entire server for hours on end

When you are trying to help suspect, initial shots are fired towards you, not AT you as warning shots. The suspect was arrested but you continued following me and deliberately kept blocking me while driving for more than 5 minutes.
You made me crash my bike deliberately multiple times while i am riding with another player 'XxInsertNamere'. This isn't your first time doing it, hence the shots.

You are provoking continuously, as a non-threat..

Closed Staff Complaints / Dani

First of all, I am not one to ever check or post anything on forum, but Dani is a rather questionable staff of yours.

He infracted with me little to no notice for 'suicide' to avoid death as a cop. If I am (me as a cop) trying to blow up Dani's (as a threat lvl5) car with nades in the process and I die, am I in the wrong?

He asked me to explain myself IN OPEN CHAT. I have no obligation to respond to every tom dick and harry about my actions in the game. I have no clue who is and isn't a staff member on the server as I dont really care for it, same goes for Dani.
If however, an admin wants to take an action towards a player, address the player in a private setting, stating clearly of the potential rules that have been broken, prior to placing infractions. Especially when a staff member is 100% uncertain, there NEEDS TO BE A DISCUSSION before an infriaction is set. These are basic moral concepts every staff members should be following.
Dani clearly believes he is above all this. He believes his questions need to be answered in open chat. He believes placing infractions without certainty and discussion is his right. This is abusive.
