These new Bulgarians in the server are very toxic true. Everything they say in mainchat is an insult. In current situation this can be translated as "You all's mother mouth" to those who they got killed from, which is a decend mother insult in our language.

As I said before it registers last hit, it's kind of q2a protection. I've reported before that I can claim a bounty as a cop when the last hit is mine (same bug as this one), that's why I'm moving this to Known Issues

I don't think this is a big deal since cars has to spawn on main roads, not next to you. If you spawn a car over a hill, it will spawn at the bottom on the road.
