As far as I know him, he is not a bad person. He helped me whenever I needed help.
I think he should be given another chance.
As he himself admitted, he created another account with the permission of the administrator of the old forum.
And they must have had a reason to give him a second chance.

Ban/infraction reason and details   im not hacker.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? Frist kicked me from the server later 1min banned me and im never no use cheat.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? Iwas complating my obj and a cheater entred my car and my car was blown up and after the game kicked me when i reentered the game after a few min i was cheat/hacker banned. And i never used cheat.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?   Yes. HellBoss.
