Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Here you have the decision of DabbingPitbull who has shown a big lack of creativity: "a paused player is harmless, infraction will stay". What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	It's obvious that a paused player is NOT harmless, especially if pausing in critical areas for criminals (Like jail and bank). Cops can kill criminals while paused becuse they can't cuff them, and they don't have any way to jail them while paused (even if they are nonthreat). Just kill and jail it's all ok. This cop was pausing in front of the jail cells. I needed to breakout my friend. The cop needed to go. I couldn't risk him unpausing while me breakouting or something else, but this is something DabbingPitbull missed. I wasn't hanging around looking for paused cops to kill easily. I had a criminal task to complete (breakouting everyone), in a specific place (jail cells), i couldn't have a cop PAUSING there. THAT'S HEAVILY OBVIOUS @DabbingPitbull So i don't think this infraction has one valid reason to stay. Instead, i think a NO PAUSE AREA rule should be made. Otherwise i could camp in front of bank as much as i want, chatting on whatsapp or discord with other cops, ready to unpause when criminals are about  to hack the vault, ready to shoot the tires of their parked cars. THIS IS WHY A PAUSED PLAYER IS NOT HARMLESS

Any more information to provide?	INTRODUCE NO PAUSE AREA, so that people can kill annoying paused cops in crucial areas, without getting in forum troubles. EXAMPLE: Cops can't pause in the bank or in front of it, and in PD and in front of it. Risk is getting killed by some criminal that has to commit crimes in those places and can't risk a paused cop unfreezing at some point. Medical fees are paid by the state, i don't see any problem while even 2 stars criminals can get shot while paused and their med fee is paid in cash.

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I don't know what was happening or who reported me. All i know is i couldn't cophunt nobody.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	First of all Dimitar never gave me any warning of this report going on and i couldn't defend myself.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	It's obvious by the video how Dimitar is baiting us into shooting him. I did firstly shoot his NRG, i couldn't directly see him as he was covering himself with that piece of street, after realising he was just idle there we robbed him. Then he unfreezed, jumping on our car roof, so he gave me a reason to shoot him (too near) and also jumping on the car without shooting us is the perfect shoot-bait. Anyways after realizing he wasn't engaging us we stopped shooting and he just died from fall damage, while trying to get ramkilled by the car. That's not cophunting in any way. Cophunting is done differently, when CRIMINALS CHASE COPS SHOOTING at them even if COPS AREN'T FIRING BACK, then it's COPHUNT, all i see it's dimitar chasing us and tricking us into shooting him with ambiguos movements. Also you can see from the first second of the video how Smixy and Dimitar are planning to start some shit against dragon, discussing if it's better to go off duty and claim revenge or hunt them as cops. (read chat)

Details This guy was just waiting for me already in the car with Don, kept car parked and engine ready to chase me as i would had exited bank. Also Chamito popping my empty car's tires was logged while i weren't even out of the bank. Camping, popping tires, deathmatching, getting the moneybags but not playing as cops. Also i did screen Dimitar using F word.

They avoided robbing the bank just to score a kill on me and ruin my gameplay with the moneybag excuse. Again, that's it.

Bruh i'm saying just what rules say. YOU CAN KILL SOMEONE FOR THE MONEYBAG EVEN IF YOU HAVE ONE ALREADY, TO GET ONE FOR YOUR FRIEND. BUT YOU CAN'T DO THAT IN FRONT OF BANK WAITING FOR PEOPLE TO COME OUT. YOU'RE JUST AVOIDING THE ROBBERY LIKE THIS, AND RUINING OTHER'S ONE.

You can kill the fuck you want for moneybags but not in front of the bank. Everywhere but not there.

You were camping and by Dimitar's video you can even see me going into the bank. Robbing it, coming out, getting killed.

Why didn't you come in and rob too? Why you waited appositedly out of the bank for killing people getting out?

As cops can't camp in front of bank, moneybaggers can't camp in front of bank. /rules

Details From this video you can clearly see Dimitar and souz camping for people exiting the bank instead of going in getting a moneybag for themself. They just kill people exiting the bank instead of robbing the bank themself.
What rule allows to wait for people exiting bank with moneybags to kill them? While bank vault is wide open like a pussy? I still can't get this behavior. As you can see i had the time to park, go in , take the bag, go out, and get killed by these guys camping outside. What allows them to wait people exiting the bank when they just can go in?

What allows them to look me going in, waiting me, and killing me when i'm out with the moneybag? As you can see in the video i'm going inside bank, they waited for me outside, and then killed me. Why didn't they get in the bank vault?

Details He shot me right after i did rob him, admin said i was a threat because i aimed at him. I didn't aim nor shoot him as you can see by my actions, and i didn't touch 1 hp of his armor. Admin says i was a threat because i was aiming from far, from the screenshot time you can clearly see that he started shooting at me 1 second later my pickpocket action. How could i aim from far and be a threat 1 second later? Admin considered this report invalid for insufficient evidence, but dawg didn't come out with any videos or screenshots, so clearly the admin is siding for dawg.

Details I was buying a shamal at the airport from 51ck51ck, we were non threat, clink arrived and started ramming us at high speed while shooting. We were on foot, so i started running, 51ck51ck engaged clink's car, and i was running to avoid clink or either carjacking him. He just killed us and reported me for using F word on him in that circumstance while he always insults other people even randomly.

Also admin used this last screenshot as proof of 51ck being a threat. So what? I was not in his car i was on foot buying a jet. Then he started shooting and i started running for a vehicle. Still don't get what makes ME become killable after he killed 51ck and i avoided the fight in every way. I was just buying a jet and i didn't fight in any way. Also Clink killed me even if i said to him i wasn't a threat, proof that he didn't even check my /crimes.
Another thing that proves this is that he killed me AFTER killing 51ck. I never attacked Clink nor committed any threat crimes, instead i tried to escape while they were fighting, and i did warn Clink he was breaking rules. Clink simply didn't give a fuck and broke rules anyway to get his money back.  That's it.

Right after exiting the bank souz and dimitar started shooting at me, they had already a moneybag.
I robbed souz only so only he had a reason to kill me.
Also they camped outside just to kill me, since the bank vault was still open and they had the moneybag before me.
I got the moneybag, went out and they still were waiting for me to kill me without a reason.
Compare the time between i take the moneybag and souz and dimitar took it. Why they waited outside even if they both had a moneybag?

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I didn't annoy anyone, you can ask. Also every ban has been wiped on easter 2022 except mine, without any explications.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was banned without a reason by Cashewz, that keeps me banned because he hates me. He banned me for an indeterminate time, for an indeterminate reason. I've reported him on the forums and he banned me from the forums either. That's some Russian-style censoring
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	My report is still in the database, so everyone can read it
Any more information to provide?	I just want to play mcnr sometimes, and meet the legendary hank montgomery to escape police with skilled stunts
