There is insufficient evidence to take action against Bubkakush.1337 as there is no video shown that proves there were no bags left, so I will have to contact Stylebender.1337 for his PoV as you claim he was present.
However, @Invalid I would like to correct some wrong information you have because your knowledge about the rules almost got someone punished for a similar situation to this (see https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,9692.0.html ).
You may not attack someone with a money bag if there are other money bags left.
I'm going to leave this topic unlocked so anyone may post additional evidence or anything until I get response from the witness. Please avoid arguements or I will have to lock it.

Literally 2 bags were 2 inches next to you as shown in the video.
Player will be issued a warning only as he was falsely guided by another player and it would be unfair to punish him for someone else's false information. Thank you for reporting.

Okay. I gotta admit it you are really good at manipulating and playing the victim card. If you made it simple from the start your appeal would have been a piece of cake, but you decided to insult me and assemble some logs on eachother to make up a whole new story, now you assembled chats on eachother to make up a new story. Like... What's wrong with you?
I muted you on MCNR discord for multiple times of me warning you to stop spamming the channel with arguement and you just don't stop throwing random words on me and calling me names. So I muted you and directed you to my DM. You went there instead of speaking sense and proving your points without any confusions, you kept blackmailing me, insulting me more and once I had enough of you and blocked you after I told Charlie to handle you. You accused me of muting you on mcnr discord for no reason then blocking you immediately. Nice. All the deleted chats are logged so don't worry. If I did something wrong you would have been unmuted.
Whatever chance you had, whatever proof you had to prove your innocence, you wasted it both in the investigation because of your random thrown reasons and you never mentioned this new story of a gas tank that killed you, and in your appeal because of your attitude. Even the moment when I told you Red_Eye has told me to leave it (which means I should revoke the infraction) you didn't stop talking shit. Even the video you provided was you playing and ignoring the investigation while you claim that this video proves the opposite.

Just as a bit of proof that you are throwing random reasons because your main reason in the investigation for killing red_eye is that you were defending your friends..He didn't touch you, you failed to kill him and died from an explosion, you can't blame him for this unless that NRG was yours or if Red_Eye meant to attack you with it actually, there is no sufficient proof, would have shown to me that he at least committed weapon threat or assaulted you. But no, you just went for the kill and called it revenge when it was you screwing up yourself. No not just that, you are disrespecting and insulting that admin who did nothing but his job. How are we supposed to verify your story with no proof? "Trust me bro"? There is insufficient evidence.
During the investigation you were given enough time to say anything to defend yourself, you kept ignoring and kept playing without properly answering, you only started after you got jailed. So why would you claim you were not given enough time? You were given like 20 minutes into that investigation and you didn't send anything useful but randomish words and throwing the investigation around.

I see you definitely had no reason to kill him for this, he even was being hunted 24/7 as I saw in the logs by you and your crewmates and you still went for him as an innocent player, your infraction record says it all about your style of gameplay as well so you don't need to be over confident with this one (you even got to insult staff).

Seems like a revenge kill. As for the sawn-off kill, You are right. Seeing the logs, it looks like you didn't do anything to typtics or his friends so he had no reason to kill you. Player will be punished, Thank you for reporting.

An innocent should have gone away to his car outside pd instead of murdering everyone. Next time i will screen all /actions, because i didnt know i could use that command.You said it all, As you were cuffing a suspect, he is allowed to shoot the cop to rescue him. Doesn't matter what he does with him later, This we can't predict. So this is an invalid report as [FH]Offense also did nothing wrong.

Second kill, PRISON and Yggdrazil, they are allowed to return for revenge because well... you downed them both as you said.

Please provide a full clip of your action logs next time showing your interactions with thr player for the last hour, We need this to take proper actions against a rule breaker. Let me explain something, it's not against the rules for a criminal to kill a cop if he chased him/issued him a ticket. So all the players above weren't breaking any rules EXCEPT @teca which I would like to hear his explanation for why he was killing you for no apparent reason. In the meantime, I will check the logs from my side.

« on: December 03, 2021, 09:48:17 am »I hope you are planning a criminal hideout map expansion. This game needs a criminal only vehicle that is as good as the seasparrow. So that it can be used against the 4 cops that sit in the sultan and obliterate anybody that does a crime. I have played the game in a state when no one is red or orange in the whole player list even though there are 8 cops (one in a sea sparrow others in a couple of sultans), which is really bad considering its "cops and robbers" not "cops and innocents". As you are not looking forward to adding non vanilla cars, just add a seasparrow drivable by criminals, or a hunter with missiles disabled(if possible through a script).Let me state a few points I have of why I don't think this should be applied:
1- Criminals ain't a team, they dont really require a "criminals vehicle".
2- Seasparrow in it's current state is just nothing but a flying free kill due to it's nerfed HP (500 hp only, vehicles explode at 250).
3- Criminals always have the advantage if they work together, it's always a matter of who plays better not who can access better vehicles. Sure we can take being outnumbered by cops as a disadvantage but that's how it is in any CNR, you can always team up with other criminals or a crew. You don't need to turn it into TDM.

You created multiple VPN accounts to evade the ban and continue harassing the players. That's such a daring appeal if you ask me. I'm not the one who delivered the banning blow on you so I m going to notify them and let them reply themselves.
