Ok, you said that word you just edited out, and got told it's prohibited and infracted for it. So..? Am I missing something? In an appeal you need to prove that you are not guilty, You just admitted you did it, In an appeal that you are supposed to prove you didn't do it? Doesn't matter who you said it to, Such slurs are not allowed and we are permitted to take actions even if it was said in PM.

Speaking with vippy in discord, I can now give a final verdict according to my investigation.  So when he crashed near you, and you felt threatened.  You should have gone ahead and killed him, that way even if vippy reports you it will be an invalid report. But you did not, you shot, stopped, came later and killed him. Does this make any sense?

Appeal denied, infractions will be issued.

I hereby apologize for posting, but to summarize the following act of "feel threatened", players should be given allowance to actually kill cops if they're passing by with carrying threatening military vehicles, cause if you just pass by like that, and then pretend like you've done nothing, game would just look more unfair to most players.

Sure, I do understand that most players are always missing on common sense, and just wish to play by rulebook, but for me it's just unfair, so I had decided to post this opinion incase you wish to review and possibly change your mind.

I have already mentioned, you may kill the cops if they posed a threat on you by getting close or etc. But not to wait for a while and kill them as an act of revenge. You feel threatened by someone, kill him or avoid him. You don't take revenge against him later, he did nothing but pass by.

Let me just clarify a small point about the "felt threatened" part. When you feel threatened you go ahead and shoot the threat, not take revenge on it a while later (unless that "threat" damaged you or your properties). So you can not take revenge on a cop just because you felt he was gonna attack you from a while back.

Why are you accusing him of saying "bobo". He didn't say it? And if his words annoy you, consider doing /ignore. We take insults that are directed to the family, or prohibited words such as f a g seriously and punish the player severely, however minor insult like what myth said is not that bad I mean,  Please report if he continously harasses you or speaks in a prohibited way, that way we can punish him.

I killed you, You had a valid reason to kill me, You came with your friends and all of you shot me till someone finished me off, You came and shot me again at my spawn point.

If you and a group of people got revenge on someone and all of you shot him together, The revenge will be taken for the whole group. And no one will have the right to go for another kill.

Edit: Got word that this rule was not clearly clarified, I'm working on getting a clear answer. And you have no fault in being punished for an un-clear rule so I will revoke your punishment, Apologizes for inconvenience. I will keep this topic here until I get a final decision regarding this rule so it is clarified once and for all.

Going to give snakeeye the benefit of the doubt on this one, We can't really see what happened over there with the logs in this case.
Here's why:
1- No videos provided which would help significantly in investigating
2- There is no sufficient evidence provided by both the reporter and the reported player, We can't prove if he was far or not.
3- It was only seconds (didn't even pass a minute) between vippy's death and snakeeye's attack hence we can't be sure he was far or not, or what were the reporter's intentions anyway.

Dismissing this one for insufficient evidence.

Insufficient evidence to punish the players or even dismiss the report. So I'm going to give them benefit of the doubt. Please mind recording your gameplay on such events to be used as strong evidence for immediate actions to be taken.

Also it helps to provide your action logs by checking /actions , however in cases of "your car rammed my car", We must recieve video evidence cause the logs can do little to help us with such case.

Robbing a store was clarified before to make you a threat as aiming on/attacking NPCs is considered being a threat to life, So cops are authorized to use lethal force.

@TheSteev  Please avoid starting arguements, those conflicts are taking us to nowhere. You need to avoid drama if you don't wish to be involved in it.

As for the use of inappropriate language towards a player's mother, @stacJ this is not allowed under any circumstances, If his words annoy you, use /ignore, if he uses inappropriate words then report him. But involving a player's family is just a childish toxic act and we won't tolerate it.

If we don't see changes in both of you, We will take further action.

Don't think a player can normally aim like this without the use of aimbot plugins. Unless you can prove me wrong with a clip of you aiming like the terminator without cheats, this ban appeal will be denied in 48 hours.

Criminals are allowed to shoot a cop if he was shooting at a fellow criminal. Seeing your logs (and your description), You were fighting [RA]iSlabodi so they were allowed to kill you and save him.
