| Evidence (Images/Videos etc.) | Wondering what's the punishment going to be considering I got banned from Discord without a time period by a lost admin (ik very well who banned me)   said the r-word in a joking matter and after a few mins, gg was banned, not that I care and can't be arsed talking it out with the said admin since he's literally lost and a waste of sperm but I did wish to point it out since it's related to the case above. |

| Details | I'll be straight to my point, as you've seen by now, that's not a how professional staff member should act, he could have just locked the post to avoid the spam from those who were against vippy and left it for the managers to decide but no man goes on feeding his superiority complex by banning other members, I wasn't going to make a report at first but after seeing saz getting banned (former manager) for a reply that actually makes sense and he was the one of them who handled vippys punishment, it's actually disgusting to see them directly/instantly banned instead of receiving any warnings at firsthand and this complaint is on behalf of the others since they're literally banned and god knows for how long. | |

| Details | Long story short, 1. I and Revenge.1337 were fighting a bunch of cops (Akeno was near us in his car Infernus (he was a civilian all this time).  2. After dealing with them both our car and us were pretty torn apart so we decided to head for the ammunition (Mr.Akeno here decided to follow us) and here's where things go sideways, Mr.Akeno here with his Infernus gets ahead of us and lagpit us resulting in our car being fucked and revenge.1337 dying. we still managed to kill a few cops but revenge died at the end.  and my action logs to prove that I assisted revenge.1337 in killing cops (tho he got the kills) and at the end of my action logs where you can see me killing Akeno for lagpitting us. https://imgur.com/a/Pw8utLs Now I can predict a few replies that I'll get from this complaint so I'll just answer it here myself. 1. Akeno had no intentions of ramming/damaging your car, It was a mistake. Ans. As far as the rules go whoever tries to damage our properties, we have the right to claim our revenge. Yes, there could be other reasons such as he didn't lagpit us at all on his screen his pov but I'm well aware of what happened on our screen I had the right to claim my revenge. 2. You don't have to be butthurt over a warning (0-point infraction) Ans. Ah yes, free infractions for something I haven't done. forgot to mention he took his sweet time punishing me that I had to go to a thousand pages of actions logs and once he finally decided to do so my man uses /slaps while I was fighting cops again and giving cops another free kill. I could care less about the infraction itself the main thing is he wasted my precious time and ruined my mood while I was enjoying the server (most of the time it's dead) Honestly, the complaint wouldn't do shit to him this complaint is more of a reminder to him that his weeb ass is on my primary target, so you better not screw up Take it as advice or a threat, I could care less. | Ban/infraction reason and details | i was inside the bank arresting/killing suspects, where i saw lililthv robbing the bank too but i was completely aware (i won't lie) of him being non-threat so i proceeded to arrest him but i saw him leaving the bank so i shot him with 2 sawns bullet (just so i could arrest) and thats it (which barely damaged his armor), and here you go that's me shooting non-threat. |

What was happening? | don't even know why i received it in the first place for such minor reason i mean it barely did anything to the suspect, rest of my actions are literally me shooting the suspect vehicle and not him if i had any intentions of killing him i'd be able do it easily, i tried to reason with the admin ig but couldn't do it properly was too busy enjoying my game. |

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | just gonna prove all points of Mr.Alex wrong here i told him multiples time to unlock the appeal(on mcnr discord #general but mr deleted all the chat and muted me because i stated facts which im gonna do now ) but he was trying to be average moderator so i had to make an another appeal just to prove mr.alex wrong here. pure hatred towards 1337 members and locks the topic himself to hide behind lies. "u wanna keep playing the tough guy card i don't mind" mocks me and then ends up muting me from the mcnr discord and blocking me from the dms loool  |

What was happening? | "your main reason in the investigation for killing red_eye is that you were defending your friends.."Answer= He didn't touch you, you failed to kill him and died from an explosion, you can't blame him Answer= Explosion he made caused me to die therefore its valid i lost my health and he shot the bike gas tank, just like shooting the gas tank to damage other's i believe every single players knows about this.    "you can't blame him for this unless that NRG was yours or if Red_Eye meant to attack you" Answer = you simply make that up urself i have heard nothing about it nor the other players heard anything regarding this even the staff here would agree with me.Its already clear in rule clarification  . |

| Any more information to provide? | During the investigation you were given enough time to say anything to defend yourself, you kept ignoring and kept playing without properly answering, you only started after you got jailed. So why would you claim you were not given enough time? You were given like 20 minutes into that investigation and you didn't send anything useful but randomish words and throwing the investigation around. You claimed fskg was a witness, I asked him, he says he doesn't know. Answer= Not even once have i ignored your apm already told you i was fighting bunch of cop's and server was full of them and "randomish words" u say i already told you that i misguided [Ra]Ryuk with Red_Eye since [Ra]Ryuk was yelling in the chat that i rdmed him same goes for the fskg.Every single thing will be clear once u posted the whole conservation between us. One more thing i'd like to add lets ignore everything and focus on the infraction "You punished me For rdm killing without a reason" I killed "Red_Eye" because he shot someone else's nrg causing me to die therefore i can seek revenge simple is that. and that is in the logs above. |

| What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? | So i was trying to kill a mw player named Red_Eye but in the action i died instead (because he shot a player nrg and that player was near us and due to the nrg explosion i died). when i got out from the jail i simply went to ammu-nation and found "Red Eye" and killed him on the spot, after 1 hour an admin pmed me, asking why did i killed "Red_eye".i already explained the situation(but he kept saying that there's nothing on the logs)jeez let me enjoy the game he was being more bitchier than usual whomever he was i even said that "u can't get everything from the logs whoever reported me he should post a video" (but the fact everything was their on the logs clearly)i did not record the whole conservation but the part of it (thanks to instant replay) |
