It would be cool if you're non threat you're Orange and if you're threat you're red. Takes too much time do to /crimes and you might lose your suspect for it. Btw I also suggested this some months ago but i dont remember the outcome.
yes, i remember it too but is allways good to bring some previous ideas to the table again

If a player commits a threat crime, you can shoot him as a cop. So, make every threat crime give you a 'most wanted' status to make it easy for new players to understand (and less annoying for cops too because sometimes you need to read the crimes of a player one by one, and that sucks)

Sometimes you need to close the interaction menu fast because players are shooting at you and going for 4 interaction menu in a row is Just annoying, please add a command like /closeall to prevent this kind of situations.

you type /rpv to call your vehĂ­cle? Or type /flare to call a flare? Or use /mk to heal yourself?

yeah that pretty much explains it, only in a DM server would you get xp for killing, it's a cop's job to neutralize/ar suspects but a criminal's job is not to kill cops but to rob, and you get enough XP by robbing safes and shops
mcnr is a dm server, yall are delusional if you think that is not lol

Do you think from your bum? Cops are rewarded since it is their job to kill / jail criminals. One day, you'll come here and ask for civilians to be able to arrest players and then justify it with your flawed logic.

It's realistic and fun. Players can level up their Pickpocketing skill by robbing other players so we should be able to level up our weapon skill by shooting another players . Additionally, players sometimes don't level up their skills in the shooting range because it's a boring and repetitive task. This is how it works in the base game, so it makes sense.

Duels and events should not count as a way to level up the skill to prevent abuse. The leveling should be slower than in the shooting range to still encourage players to level up their skills there, as it's faster than just leveling up by shooting other players

So, cops can win experience and score after killing or arresting a criminal. Why can't it be the other way around? As a most wanted criminal, if a cop starts attacking me, I should be able to win some score after defeating him, just as he should gain some score for killing me and sending me to jail. Give criminals a little bit of a buff, even if it's not a gameplay enhancement, because the server is full of cops...

I agree with this but there is a problem when a player steals your 1.8m and scraps it. You will lose 2m.
make scrap not permanent

if they start shooting the only choice you will have is killing them and if you kill them the robbery will fail so you are saying there should be a chance to fail +1
also the Vault guard shooting is like an AOE damage even when he is not aiming at anyone if he is shooting everyone that passed the door to the vault will start losing health so idk how this system would work on the NPCs in the store

If you try to rob a store and point your gun at the cashier, there is a chance of him becoming aggressive and shooting at you (similar to the vault guard). This can make robbing stores a little bit more challenging.

I thought about it and seemed like a fun idea, it has to be a really low chance like 1% and the chance can increase with muscle level (5% max with more than 50% muscle level). Every hit can have a chance of decapitate a player.
