General / Solo Drive-Bys must to be allowed

Hey what´s up i´ve been thinking of lately, and solo players we dont have a chance to get out or defend ourselves against a car full of mf´s with M4 shooting our ass up, so, in order to be fair or we can everybody shoot everybody or then nobody should shoot from the cars
