Management is required to inform you:
> That your complaint has been received
> If they need further clarification
> If they have reached an outcome and what it is (valid or not)
If none of this happens within a reasonable timeframe message Mike? If you haven’t done that what’s the point in complaining here? I personally have no issue with submitting confidential complaints. I wouldn’t want my dirty laundry to be aired in public either.
