it was all set up this way to act as a money pit for people to pour cash into buying guns and ammo and armor to use for fighting, something MCNR is severely lacking in. More arenas are coming in 1.15.

The 'face down dead while still alive' animation bug is as old as samp itself. He's not cheating as on his screen he is still alive and moving normally.
