I've encountered this bug a few times since starting to play on the server, however, it seems to be difficult for me to reproduce it consistently. In my cases I've seen it affecting the headgear items only, it has never impacted any other items that wear on the torso or legs/hands.

What happened: Every time I respawn or even when I join my black hat that a cost of 500 it gets not worn automatically and I need to put it back and adjust the position and these things and that's annoying
Where have you been: LV
What you do: Just buy some toys.
Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time: No.
Is this a reoccurring issue: Ye, every time I respawn or when I relog
How to reproduce the issue: Just go to toys shop and buy the black hat(costs 500$) and then re-log and it will disappear

1- It says it's not worn but I already wore it
2- As I said up it gets automatically un-worn after respawning or re-logging
